The food is great
The food is great. Delivered on time and individually packed so easy to game everything for a meal. I like that the packaging is recyclable

Have been enjoying Hellofresh for 5 months until recently due to lack of communication.
We have been enjoying Hellofresh about 90% of the time. Most meals are nice and we enjoy the variety each week and if items are missing or spoiled they refund small amounts no worries. But I have taken 2 stars off, one star being for quality of vegetables on a number of occasions such as carrots being soft, spring onions wilted or very small quantities. And the beef and lamb being either very tough or small serves or too much fat on them leaving hardly any meat when trimming fat off. This is why I chose many tofu, halloumi, chicken or salmon dishes instead which have been okay dishes to very nice ones and are pleasantly surprised. The other star was taken off for communication. I sat at home all day Saturday waiting for a delivery that was estimated between 11am-12pm when I had better things to do due to the transport company or Hellofresh not informing me my box was damaged in transit and had to be returned. Where was the communication here so I did not have to sit around all day and evening because apparently when you select a preference time when signing up it was between 8am-8pm and I rang customer support around 1pm and was told I had to wait until 8pm as this was my original time frame selected and to more or less take no notice of the estimated time frame sent by text that morning… I then chatted to a real person on line around 8.30pm and was told they would notify me as soon as they know something only to go on line Monday morning as see my delivery was put on hold. It took me to notify them again to find out what happened not them notifying me… This to me is not good customer service at all and needs attention. I understand accidents happen but my issue here is the communication as my time is valuable as well and I do not wish to sit around stressing about when my delivery is coming. In conclusion rectify these issues and I would be very happy to recommend Hellofresh to everyone.

Lighten the ‘mind load’
Reliable delivery. Quality foodstuff. Easy selection method. HF basically makes meals & food shopping one less thing/task to have to juggle and think about.

Missing ingredient
Missing ingredient, we had prawns missing from one of our meals and the entire process of complaint was extremely difficult, even when we finally got through to you we were told we had been given a $16 credit though that never actually appeared

Fresh, quick and tasty
They offer meals for families of three, they have a great selection of meals each week, the quality of food is fantastic, and the process is super easy.
