The quality of this mattress is top…
The quality of this mattress is top notch! Have had excellent nights sleeping longer than usual. This mattress has kept up cool through the night and very comfortable. The mattress is medium and has been satisfactory in improving my overall Rest.

Very comfortable bed. Great customer service!
Very comfortable bed, sturdy frame and amazing customer service! When my mattress arrived it had a small tear on the side (likely shipping). I took a photo and sent it to Helix and they sent me a new mattress right away. Can’t ask for better than that. I’ve been sleeping on the mattress for three months and I love it!

This is the best mattress I've ever…
This is the best mattress I've ever owned, by far. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I rarely sleep well and usually toss and turn no matter how comfortable the bed. I'm not saying this bed has solved all my sleep issues, but it definitely helps and my sleep scores have gone up.

We are happy with the mattress
We are happy with the mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep on. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick and the set up crew was professional and friendly.

Very much better than what I had…
Very much better than what I had previously. But I had thought Helix produced their own mattresses. Was surprised to find out it was just labeled for Helix by the company that manufactures it as well as their own branded mattresses. The mattress is some firmer than I wanted. But I purchased based on the quiz they recommend taking. I am planning to put it into the guest room. I often wake up some sore or stiff. Edge support is good but not great. Wish I could have examined this in person before purchasing. Probably would have selected a different option. Not interested in all the hassle of a return or exchange.

The only choice for a Mattress
I have two Helix mattresses from 2019 and they are FANTASTIC. I had a warranty issue with one of them and working with Helix to get the replacement was...phenomenal! They took care of the issue and within 10 days, the situation was taken care of. I won't have any other mattress but a Helix!

90 Days In
I have had my Helix Midnight Luxe for three months. I replaced another popular home delivery mattress with it. The reason for the change was that I had hip replacement surgery and could physically not move or change position on my former mattress. It was three years old and had a hole on both my side as well as my wife's side. With the hip replacement, I needed to be able to easily move from back to side. The reviews for the Helix are all fantastic, so I took a leap of faith. As soon as we began sleeping on the Helix mattress, I could easily move from back to side. I waited three months to review because I wanted to see if a hole started to form, and it has not. Even better, reports from my sleep monitor show a vast improvement in my hours of sleep per night. Forever, I slept 6 to 7 hours a night. Since changing mattresses, it has improved to over 8 hours of sleep per night. It has improved so dramatically that I now go to bed earlier to account for the extra sleep. I cannot praise the Helix mattress enough. An additional hour of sleep each night is indeed, priceless.

Great for my back, a little firm for my pregnant hips
We went with the firmest mattress for my husbands sake, and I do best on a firm mattress too. However, I’m now pregnant and have to sleep on my sides. The mattress is a little too firm for larger hipped people who prefer to sleep on their sides. Overall still very happy with it though. We both experienced back pain from our old mattress but this mattress has eliminated that problem for both of us. We are definitely happy with it. But if you’re a side sleeper, probably best to choose one slightly less firm.

Helix has solved our back and shoulder problems
Our Helix Midnight Luxe has been the perfect replacement bed for our aging backs. Both my wife and I have been impressed with the extra support in the middle to lower back area while providing lots of comfort for our shoulders and hips while side sleeping. I can't prove our enjoyment of these Helix beds more than pointing out that we came back and ordered bed toppers of the same design for our spare bedroom.
