After a bit of run around I finally got satisfaction.
I must say that their customer service replies are very quick due to the fact that they use AI. After that was exhausted, I finally got a real person. Her name was Kylene. She was very helpful and offered me a free set instead of returning the ones that I had that I was not satisfied with. I must say that I was used to full noise canceling buds so I was very disappointed with the 20DB versions that I originally received. When I contacted them about returning mine for a refund they offered to send me the 25DB version at no cost so I accepted this and they sent me two sets of the higher sound deadening earbuds that they offer. Unfortunately, those were, for some reason, returned to the company. After checking on the order and realizing that the shipment was not going to be received, I was issued with a new order which arrived within about a week. That was extremely fast I felt, and I must say the new earbuds are much better than the previous version that I had. A kind shout out to Kylene and all the staff that finally made me a satisfied customer

Sofie and Mark are really nice custom…
Sofie and Mark are really nice custom servicewise !!! 5 stars for that. the product itself is good, but the case is really cheap and the earplugs we will see how long they make ;-)but the listening quality is good - another point: the protection case/ring you can buy, is nonsense in my opinion. it is not practical at all and attracts dirt (cheap plastic who attracts it), therefor just 4 stars all together

I ordered a pair of hears and…
I ordered a pair of hears and the next day it was delivered in my mailbox, very fast shipping!Unfortunately while fitting the different size caps, one cap tore and could therefore not fit on the hears anymore. I emailed support and received instructions how to find a missing cap and how to correctly attach and detach the caps onto the hears to prevent further damage. I suspect this one caps was just a little dried out that caused the tearing but support (Kylene) offered a solution by sending a new complete set my way so I could fit the S size. The order itself awaits a confirmation by mail at the moment but I already wanted to write this review since I'm very happy with the support. Thank you very much!Ik did try them with some music playing in the house and I must say the sound balance is the same with or without the hears on. Unlike Loop earplugs is this way better balanced. I rate this higher than loop earplugs!

brilliant
The whole experience from order to delivery was unbelievable very quick very understanding thank you For all you others I suffer with a hearing problem I have been in engineering for 44 years now and struggled to hear people specially when I'm in the workshop and I have ear plugs in I've been wearing these in workshop it's been good because I have been able to hear people speak to me much more clearly than I can when I have got ear plugs can wait till my next Concert in June 2026, I let you the outcome thanks again very happy.Mark speak to you soon.
