Exceptional
I recently had an issue with damaged shipment and contacted Hairmax for assistance. I spoke with Carlos, who was incredibly courteous and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful C/S these days.Not only are Hairmax products effective, but their C/S is exceptional. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you.

Product was missing charging cord
Product was missing charging cord. I called customer service. There was virtually no wait time until I talked to Andrea. She was professional, attentive and was able to resolve my issue within minutes using the serial number on my unit. My experience with customer service was very good.

I recently purchased the LaserBand 82…
I recently purchased the LaserBand 82 and have just started using it. The device is very easy to incorporate into my routine and the sessions are quick and straightforward.I also had a great experience with customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and resolved my request quickly, which I really appreciated.It is still early for me to comment on results, but so far the experience has been very positive and I am looking forward to seeing progress with consistent use.

HAIRMAX = GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Hairmax in my experience has amazing products. I have the laser cap model 202 have been using it for some time. Great results with thickening my thinning hair. Recently lost the hat that goes with the unit. I reached out hoping I could buy one. They did some digging and sent me one for free !! What an amazing company and community! Love the brand and integrity. Will buy more products and happily recommend!!

They REALLY made EVERYTHING right!The initial product was purchased CBS deals and steals. Unfortunately it had a part malfunction so I contacted Customer Service at HairMax. Andrea was very thorough and offered options for my product repair and/or replacement. Today she called to confirm a new, identical replacement is being shipped. EXCELLENT customer service!

I had lots of problems with control & even with the replacement. I will never refer this product. And their are others hair caps that offer better results and longer warranty then Hairmax. While Hairmax reports a high success rate (93%) in their clinical studies, user experiences are mixed, and a significant portion of customers report issues. On Trustpilot, Hairmax holds an average rating of 3.1 out of 5 stars, with many users expressing dissatisfaction in the following areas: Lack of Results: Multiple users reported seeing no improvement in hair growth or density after using the devices for several weeks or months.Device Failure: Reports exist of the devices breaking or failing after a few months, with some users noting that the LEDs lose their strength.Customer Service Issues: Some customers described the customer service as unhelpful or difficult, particularly regarding warranties and returns.Temporary Shedding: Some users found that the device increased shedding/hair loss in the initial stages.Discomfort: Some users reported scalp irritation or itching during treatment.
