Problem Solved

I placed an order for four (4) magazines. The order was received and shipped. However something happened with the order causing it not to reach me. I contacted Gun Mag to find out what actually happened. The problem occurred on my end and not as a result of anything that Gun Mag did. I spoke with Evan at Gun Mag and received critical instructions on how to resolve the issue. After i’d completed every thing that I was tasked to do Evan then sent me an email stating that Gun Mag would resend the order at no additional charge. I believe Evan and Gun Mag handled their customer service in an excellent manner. They are now my first choice for everything magazines.

Today is 3/27/2026. Order placed 3/21/2026. Payment processed 3/21/2026. You have my money and the order still has not shipped. Here is the lame excuse/ response from your Customer Service on why my order hasn't shipped. Good Morninge are currently receiving over 3000 orders a day, we are also a team of less than 50 people for the entire company. So we are considered a small operation, it will take us longer than larger companies to get your order shipped out. I apologize for any issues this is causing you, we are slowly getting caught back up from being over 8000 order behind for over 3 weeks. You will receive an update email when your order ships out. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day.Thank you,CareyGMW Customer ServiceBottom line. Don't take my money until you're ready to ship my order and advise the customer that you are experiencing shipping delays. Standard procedure from companies that do business the right way.Order cancelled and placed with a competitor that had a better price.

I can’t recommend them enough!!! The shipping carrier lost my package and I reached out to Mike. Mike has been in communication almost daily with me and even re-shipped the order for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Two mags across the country

Ordered two mags and waited the allotted time for shipping. Checked tracking and noticed it went to my city then to a city across the country. Then my package evaporated. I contacted gunmagwarehouse and received a response from Mike immediately. I followed what Mike asked he contacted the shipper and received information from them and then we waited. Mike , after about a week , sent me my order at no charge , it arrived on time and in great shape. I appreciate all the effort Mike went through. Thank you guys.

If you are tax exempt on ammo stay away

I've placed several orders with them but this time I ordered some ammo (1005984846) from them. I found out that I was charged sales tax on the ammo and shouldn't have been. WV is a no tax on guns and ammunition state. I called in a spoke to Gary who was pleasant who stated their system is not set up to adjust the tax automatically. I was told I would have to call back the next day to get a credit for the tax. I was already on this call about 13 minutes and didn't feel like spending another 15 minutes to fight for the tax so I cancelled the order If you live in a tax free state I would recommend steering clear unless you want to spend extra time trying to get your money back for something they shouldn't have charged you for anyway.
