Utter rubbish

Last summer I purchased a tech battery operated stimmer. As soon at I started to use it the blade broke and flirted off. Totally useless and a waste of my money

GTech city bike ...what a let down!

I purchased a GTech city bike from someone that had had it for a couple of years but used it 6 times. The bike came with all the paperwork and accessories and was literally new! The elderly lady that sold me it said it came with 2 batteries but that one of them never charged properly. I could never get a readable digital read out on the battery so never knew if it was charged or not. The second battery was fine for a few months but started to show a lit screen but no charge info on it when power button was pressed. Sometimes the power button doesn't work and takes a good few minutes of battery wiggling and pressing the power button multiple times to get it to work. Which is more annoying when you realise that without power you cannot pedal the bike! When it eventually starts you have max/eco modes but both are not fast at all and once you reach max speed the motor cuts out causing you to slow down. I use this bike for going to work (1 mile away) 4 days a week and maybe once to the shops (1 mile away) i wouldn't trust the battery to last this 10 miles (mainly because you cant use the bike at all without battery power so charge it after 3 journeys (6 miles) in general I hate this bike and it frustrates me. I have another electric bike that is a hybrid road/mountain bike that I use for leisure journeys and its a dream so I fully understand how an electric bike should work.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. 5 stars just isn't enough. I think i spoke to Chris on 10th April but not 100% sure that was his name. His customer service is amazing. He is a credit to gtech. Thank you.

Excellent customer care

Excellent instruction leaflet in clear English. Immediate telephone response from a person!! in customer care, helpful and knowledgeable. Part replacement came next day.

Ordered the clm 50 lawnmower on…

Ordered the clm 50 lawnmower on 6/03/2026. Yes it was a bank holiday so, thought as they offer next day delivery. The mower would be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. NO. Today is Thursday and after looking on the website still says processing so spoke to the company and they say " wait till.monday to see if delivered" thought a I'd get this product from a reputable company. I will be asking for a refund and going with another brand.

We have had problems with our vacuum…

We have had problems with our vacuum cleaner ever since purchasing. Firstly we have had 2 new replacement heads as the hose splits. it is forever getting blocked and now the booster suction has gone making it impossible to pick much up. and of course the 2 year warranty has run out. will not be replacing with another one which is a shame as it looks and feels great. just a shame the performance and longevity is not good
