Groove life is the best
Groove life is the best! I love their merchandise and their customer service is AMAZING!!! My husbands ring messed up and they immediately gave me a code to get another one and I lost the code and by the time I emailed them it had expired. They were super nice about it and gave me a 30 day extension and gave me my code again so I could replace his ring. The whole thing took me maybe 10 minutes, and you get to talk to a real human which is always a plus and way easier. They go above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't be happier with there service. Thank you groove life!!!!

Phenomenal Company
I had one of their silicon rings I wore 95% of the time for almost 5 years and it started to split. I submitted a warranty claim and they immediately sent a coupon for the original purchase amount and I was able to buy a new ring. I found another ring I liked as well and made an error in selecting the wrong size. Even though it was my fault and I submitted a return/exchange, they said keep the previous one and they would ship the correct size at no charge. I really love their products and now I really love their customer service. Genuine company through and through.

I initially had issues placing my order online. I ended up receiving the wrong size belts. I had problems getting a hold of Groove Life to correct the order but after attempts they corrected and shipped me a new order at no charge and responded to my email with an apology for the difficulties in contacting them and the issues with my order. I’ve since placed an additional order with no issues. I would definitely recommend Groove Life to my family and friends.

Groovelife = subscription- not warranty
My wife and I bought Groove Life silicone rings as our wedding bands. The purchase decision was based on the advertised “lifetime, no questions asked” warranty, not the expectation that a silicone ring would last forever.Silicone rings fail. That’s expected. The issue is what happens when you try to use the warranty.What Groove Life calls a lifetime warranty is not a one time guarantee. In my experience, replacements involve shipping charges, credits, and exclusions that turn each replacement into a new transaction. Over time, this results in repeated costs to maintain what is advertised as lifetime coverage.In practice, the warranty operates as a subscription model rather than a lifetime replacement.If you are buying with the expectation that you are paying once for lifetime protection, that is not how it actually works.

Absolutely love groovelife product rings and belts are awesome wear them everyday.. would be nice to get a sponsorship from them.. 😂😂 hands down best belt and rings i have found

Bought a mystery belt during the recent…
Bought a mystery belt during the recent sale and received a flex belt which has been removed from their website now..the buckle comes undone when I bend forward often no matter how tight or loose after several days of trial and error .the flex belt didn't show up on the animation advertising the mystery belt sale so it was even more of a surprising letdown..if the buckle is pushed against on the slightest it unclasps, definitely not the buckle shown in the ads which I expected..moving the buckle off to the side near a belt loop helps a bit but I wouldn't trust this belt to not unclasp at inopportune moments..seeing other reviews shows they won't do anything to remedy the situation due to it being a sale item.. Don't waste money a these products from a company like this when there are much better quality choices out there for the money they are charging..it holds my pants up when latched but has also loosened up a couple times..

Total waste of money buying the mystery…
Total waste of money buying the mystery belt, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the belt that I received. It won't even stay buckled, it feels like it is worth $5.00. I cannot even find this belt on the website but can only imagine they used this mystery box to offload garbage that couldn't sell.

I bought a « Premium belt » Mystery box…
I bought a « Premium belt » Mystery box for $29 thinking I might get a weird colored belt of one the model shown on the ad. it’s not what happened. They sent me a Flex belt, a cheap belt hidden on their website. Well, that used to be hidden since they flushed the belt because of the crappy reviews. To be honest, beside being cheap and looking bad, the belt does what it needs to do. But it’s a 10$ product, not a $44 value. To me, it’s a dishonest way to sell a cheap unwanted product. The fact that they remove the Flex Belt review is prtty shady IMO.

MYSTERY ITEMS ARE A $25 PIECE OF CRAP
I ordered a ring and a belt and was tempted by the "mystery item". Paid $25 and thought I would get a belt they couldn't sell but nope, I got a piece of crap narrow belt with plastic buckle. I can't believe they would have this poor a quality belt laying around. I asked for a refund and they said NO and offered percentage off new purchase. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!! After reading their reply: roll of the dice my ass, it was a $5 piece of crap and you knew it. You robbed me and no, I will never buy from a scaming thief company!!
