I am. 79 years old woman traveling alone. I felt cared for and protected by the bus driver who put my bags on board for me and then took them off at my destination and saw me all the way to the front door of a very crowded and chaotic bus station. 💗🙏🏼✅

Quick, no worries, on time. Polite driver, which makes a great deal of difference.To me Greyhound is a trusted name brand. I have taken it years before, I was very pleased with my transport service through them.

I felt safe. Driver was polite. The only concern was the bus station in Baltimore did not have a working indoor restroom.

5hour delay back to albuquerque, bathroom was not cleaned after we boarded once the delay was over. Very disappointed 😞

A four and half hour trip to Ohio from Detroit turned into 13 hours. We sat on the side of the road for 8 hours in a broken down bus with no toilet paper or soap. The driver kept lying saying a rescue bus was on the way. The smell was unbearable. There was a dog and several children on the bus. My insulin is supposed to be refrigerated, so I had to re-purchase that. We were guaranteed by the driver we would receive a refund, but the company refused.

The 4 stars are for the bus drivers. They were kind, helpful and the only ones to help find my missing suitcase. You cannot understand anyone in customer service and they do nothing other than instruct you to fill out a form. directions were not clear. Parts of it were simply awfully. I hope you pay your drivers well. I hate poor customer service and consistently Greyhounds proved to be the absolutel worse.
