Paying top dollar for poor service and way expensive shipping seems like a bad business to me. Also, it suggests people just interested in your money with no concern about the customer. I’ll avoid them.

Bought an expensive pen ($730)for my husband’s birthday - it fell apart after only a few months. Requested them to take a look and repair or replace and we paid to ship the item back. They immediately sent an email saying the pen was not in a state of repair and implied we lied about the condition and without asking what we wanted to do - took the liberty to post it back to us. The only thing they stated was that we are responsible to pay for the shipment back and if we don’t pay we won’t get our pen back. Very poor customer service!! Never buying from them again.

I used to be a loyal customer of the Goulet Pen Company, but recent issues about the company have to light that I find very disturbing. I cannot in good conscience support business with ties - even Implicit ones - to organizations that promote hate speech, in this case directed at the LGBTQI+ community. Even though the customer service at GPC has been very good, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Marvelous company with a wide variety of pens and great service timely order fulfillment I order a pen last night by 11:00am the next morning they already had it shipped I ordered a pen from A company called The Pen Place after eight days I ask about my order and still wasn’t shipped they said it would take another week or two before they’d even ship it.

I haven't been comfortable purchasing from this company for a while and would rather my money go to companies that I ethically and morally align with as well. They promote their company through personal identity and social media and then instead of addressing concerns, shut them down. I cannot, in good conscience, spend money with this company again. Customers choosing where their money is spent is fundamental to a capitalist society that says customers vote with their money. My money will go to places that I can trust.

I purchased a fountain pen from Goulet almost exactly three years ago. Customer service at the time was excellent and I'm still using the pen. A couple weeks ago, I noticed that the cap had a crack and the metal ring had almost separated from the base. I reached out to Goulet and they referred me to exactly the correct person at TWSBI, Inc. He quickly sent me a replacement cap for the price of postage. I am a very satisfied customer, to say the least.

Not good. Don't waste your time. No matter how good the product is, if there is a warranty issue, they will not assist. Goulet Pens is too worried about making sure you know what pronouns are preferred than to assist you with any issue regarding your purchase. I purchased over 300.00 worth of merchandise and get read the riot act over an 11.00 convertor that was malfunctioning. Instead of just saying that they will get a replacement out in the mail, they wanted pictures, etc. I didn't mind sending them pictures of the ink that went above the piston (which should never happen), but the lack of response afterward pissed me off. Then, they proceed to tell you how to take it apart and try and fix it yourself. I would not expect that from a reputable company. The next time you purchase a car and have a problem, how would you feel if the dealer just sends you a video about how to fix it yourself? When you pay for something, you are expecting quality AND service. The service you will get from Goulet is horse p00p.

Ordered 8 ink samples, beautiful colors. However 2 of the samples had black stones in them. They were really nice and send me replacement bottles. Want to find out how this happens. Anyone know anything?
