Easy to use designer
The online designer made it easy and simple to create my business card and then duplicate it for each of my full time employees.

They are unable to help with simple…
They are unable to help with simple questions, both in their chat option and customer service replies. I was using THEIR design form for a simple one-sided card(not anything I had uploaded or submitted pictures for), and they couldn't tell me if their random triangle logo would not print on my final product, or how to remove it from the proof. I could not find a way to delete it just to see my entire design! They wasted alot of my time asking for help and then informed me they couldn't answer my question until AFTER I actually placed the order and paid for it.

I’ll never use GotPrint again
I placed an order for custom envelopes for a client on Gotprint.com with a delivery date in early March. I opted for rush shipping. I approved the proof within an hour of getting it. I went to check on the order a few days later and they had pushed out the shipping date 5 days without contacting me. It would arrive too late for my client. So I called to get a refund and they would only give me the shipping cost back. They blew my deadline, didn’t tell me, and wouldn’t refund the cost of the job. I’m a professional designer. I’ll never use them again. UPDATE : One day after I posted this review (over a month after I placed the order) I received a full refund.

How to Edit Tutorial
There wasn't a tutorial on how to remove certain things. I couldn't get rid of this redline that was in the way. All the text box overlapped and it was hard to get things centered.
