I had a really positive experience
I had a really positive experience with Go Pure and wanted to share how impressed I am with both their products and their customer service. Their team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely attentive.I made a mistake and forgot to update my shipping address, so my order was returned to them. Instead of it turning into a problem, they reached out to me right away to let me know and kindly offered to either resend the products or issue a refund. I thought that was incredibly considerate and spoke volumes about how they treat their customers.That level of care and professionalism really stood out to me. I highly recommend Go Pure to anyone looking for a company that stands behind both their products and their customers.

What a great product and great company
What a great product and great company. I love the neck cream it really works. I had too much left when I received another jar and when I asked them to pause my subscription they helped me with it right away via email. They’re a really great company, they get right back to you. I highly recommend the product and their customer service is amazing.

This stuff really works
This stuff really works! I keep trying to think of a way to not sound paid or a bot but I can’t. But this stuff really does work! Also their customer service is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Fast shipping as well!

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! I’ve had delivery issues (carrier’s fault) and they went above and beyond to help me! They were friendly & really cared. This neck cream has really shown results for me and with the awesome customer service, I am hooked!! Thanks Go Pure!

Shipping issue
I ordered the products March 20. The company you use for shipping is terrible. They sent an email 2 days ago that they tried to deliver the package and would try again. I sent them an email asking why I didn't get the package. The address is correct and should have no problems delivering. Haven't got a response from my email to them and still waiting. I read horrible reviews on this shipping company you use so if and when I get my products I probably won't order again because of the shipping issues. Not worth it.
