Rebate is an empty promise

I bought tires through a dealer who said that Goodyear was offering a rebate. I submitted the rebate info online and on time. Goodyear rejected it. I have called multiple times but haven't received a resolution.

The Goodyear Tire in Dartmouth

The Goodyear Tire in Dartmouth, MA has been my only source of tire care for my vehicle. The staff has been more than accommodating, professional and courteous. Their honesty has given me piece of mind each time I have had an issue which they resolved without hesitation. Difficult rebate claim process

The rebate claim process for tires purchased online was very difficult. Took me over an hour to resolve. The original email receipt failed to display the rebate code that I needed. Fortunately, the local shop owner helped me out.

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed and frankly outraged by my experience with the Goodyear location in Simpsonville, South Carolina.I had a scheduled job interview at the Simpsonville branch, arrived on time, and waited for 30 minutes. No one came out to speak with me. No explanation. No apology. No acknowledgment. As a potential employee, I was treated as if my time had zero value.This is not just unprofessional — it reflects a complete lack of respect and basic organizational integrity. If this is how the Simpsonville location treats prospective team members, it raises serious concerns about the internal management culture of that branch.To Goodyear’s corporate leadership: your Simpsonville operation is damaging your brand. The behavior I experienced suggests either severe mismanagement or deliberate negligence. It gives the impression of a corrupt or sabotaging local administration that is actively harming the company’s reputation through incompetence and disregard for basic professional standards.This experience has permanently changed my perception of Goodyear as a company. I can no longer view the brand with trust or respect, and I will be reconsidering any future purchases of Goodyear products as a direct result of this treatment.I expected professionalism. What I received was silence and disrespect.

Mile Warranties Not Honored

They do not honor the Cooper Tire warranted miles. I bought four Cooper Tires with 70,000 mile warranty. I take them off through my trusted garage to put my studded snow tires on each year. The tires have less than 36,000 miles on them and all of them are terribly warn. Goodyear says it is three years since purchased and will not honor the 70,000 mile warranty!!! They have not been on my car for more than a year and a half. So, if you change your tires each winter to studded snow tires, Stay Away from Goodyear and Cooper Tires!!!

Goodyear is a horrible company that refused to pay women a fair wage, discriminated against them. Anyone who buys a tire from this horrid firm is truly wasting money. Buy Michelin instead--it's a good tire. Goodyear deserves to implode

Rebate offer is from Mr Grinch…

My review is outside the scope of customer service, which is exceptional; my focus instead is on baiting customers to buy certain types of tires and receive a $200 rebate. I followed the steps online, including uploading my pertinent personal information and the $1197 invoice for 4 new tires, installation and alignment. Then came a bullshit email about needing more information. A bait and switch is illegal. Ironically, I have a Goodyear credit card. Well, no more.

I paid $600 at Goodyear store at…

I paid $600 at Goodyear store at Battlefield Mall Springfield MO for brakes. Went back to same store later for inspection and they passed it. During that time I had a minor collision with another car, and from another mechanic found out there were no clips on the front brakes. LADIES BEWARE!! I contacted Goodyear corporate who said nothing they could do since the mechanics did not note the clips were left off. Goodyear said I should have gone back to Goodyear store so they could fix it! OF ALL THE AUDACITY, I stated why would I ever go back to a store that is toxic to me with actions that endangered my life an others, NO TRUST! AVOID AVOID AVOID this store is my advice. The corporate agent hung up the phone on me.

I had a battery replacement in Florida

I had a battery replacement in Florida. A few months ago. That was not put in correctly. I went to the dealership to get a diagnosis.That cost me $500 to have the battery properly put in. I showed Goodyear. They did nothing to make it right.I will be bringing them to small claims court.

Got an oil change at their store on…

Got an oil change at their store on Oregon Ave in Philadelphia, PA. Oil eventually leaked because the oil drain plug was properly tightened down. I wouldn’t trust Goodyear to check my tires air pressure. Don’t use this store!!!
