My doctor recommended GLP-1 medications to assist me in losing weight because of my heart conditions; he recommended Zepbound. Because these medications are so expensive, I decided to try GoodRx to get Zepbound from Lilly Direct, which offers them at a substantial discount. The first month was fine, but the second month, when I was entering my weight data in the GoodRx app, I made a mistake and entered a wrong number , but when I tried to go back and correct it, the app had already recorded it. So I ended up with 2 entries, one erroneous, giving my weight as 182, and one correct, with my actual weight, 174 . When I received my prescription, it was for the same 2.5 mg. as in the first month. I didn’t challenge it at that time, but figured they knew what they were doing, so I went ahead and took that dosage. Then in the 3rd month, when I went to get the refill, I was prescribed the same 2.5 mg. as in the previous 2 months. When I asked for an increase to 5mg., I got the fatuous response “You’re doing fine on 2.5. You don’t want to lose weight too fast. You can probably stay at that dosage forever.” Since I had not lost any weight at all in the second month, I sent a message informing them of that. So finally somebody woke up and asked me to clarify my weight, which I did and explained the data entry error: on 9 March I went down to 167, where my weight fluctuated between 164.5 and 168 until the end of March. So now in the 3rd month, I finally I had my dosage increased to 5mg., but now I’m almost back where I started. Today, I see my weight has gone up to 171.2. I did not increase my calories and stayed under 1200/day. So instead of losing weight, I actually gained 6 pounds. I sent several messages to them about this, but in 4 days now, have received no response from them except a message saying that they had received my message, and someone will get back to me as soon as someone is available. I guess they all left for Easter vacation. Or permanently out to lunch. I’m not just dissatisfied, I’m furious! As I see it, somebody owes me $339 for a wasted month, and that’s not even talking about the aggravation.

Don't bother, they don't care. I moved from Ro to GoodRX for my Wegovy prescription. They were so excited to take my money and get it filled and I repeatedly said I'm already on it in the questionnaire and with chat support. I was ignored and prescribed the starting dose when it should be 1mg. I immediately told her in the chat that wasn't the right dose since I'm already on it. I was ignored. I tried to chat back in, I called, I called again, I chatted again. I was assured it would be corrected before it shipped and it was flagged and I would be on 1mg. The only follow-up message I got from a prescriber was yesterday when they asked for proof of my current prescription. I said sure, where can I upload it? No response. Then I was charged for the .25mg dose and it shipped. Don't waste your money on their program, once they have your credit card details they don't care about you. Go with Costco or another service. I'm going to be sharing this with my thousands of followers on social media as well and give them a heads up to avoid this headache.

I did a telehealth visit for UTI treatment. It took a very long time to connect with a provider and she did not ask me any questions about my symptoms, she simply prescribed a medication and sent it to my pharmacy. I asked a follow up question and did not receive a response. I completed the medications prescribed yet my symptoms persisted. I then went to an urgent care facility and was told the medication prescribed by goodrx is ineffective and I was prescribed a different medication. I endured pain for over a week because the treatment prescribed by goodrx was not effective. I assumed that completing all meds prescribed would result in clearing the UTI but it didn’t. I will not be using goodrx again.

This is a terrible app. I have a prescription that I take and it’s not listed with my regular prescriptions. When I go to refill the prescription, it’s not there. When you leave a review on their app. It requires a nickname. Unfortunately any nickname that you put in, “Has already been used.” Therefore it will not let you proceed with your review. Very clever way to avoid negative reviews. I wish Medicap would do better, for their customers, and get a better app.
