I am deeply disappointed with your…
I am deeply disappointed with your return policy. I mistakenly ordered NAD+ gummies and tried them and did not like how I felt. To return five bottles I have to pay for shipping which would cost a lot. I have bought hundreds of dollars of gummies from you and would expect better service (I only got 20% off the sale) . I want to return them since you guarantee returns - you should send label to return for free to me. This is very disappointing.

Great product! Amazing customer service!
I’ve been taking Goli Magnesium Glycinate for a couple of months, and it’s been amazing for my sleep and I wake up less groggy, ready to go! I also started their Apple Cider Vinegar and noticed improvements with bloating too.I recently bought a third bottle, but it seemed off…maybe it was left on the truck too long or not stored properly at the store. I emailed Goli, and their customer service was incredible! They responded immediately and shipped a new bottle within minutes. Top-notch service and products!

TikTok original or not?
My experience has been good so far with 3 pack gummies. But can you tell me if the tiktok shop is the original as well? Because the address registered is different than uk gov. Please guide me about this if that is authentic

A+ Customer Service!Made a mistake on my shipping address, and reached out to the customer service team about it. Not only did they respond right away, but they were able to make the changes without having to jump through hoops about it. I'll be getting my bundle just in time; I'm so excited!Thank you guys!

Not consistent!!
Overall, I really enjoy the gummies especially the Ashwagandha and Sleep formulas, which I take regularly. However, recently I’ve received several bottles where many of the gummies were about one-third the normal size. This appears to be a quality control issue. Given the price point, I expect better consistency, and experiencing this repeatedly is disappointing and unacceptable. If Goli sees this review, I took photos!!

Had an issue with a bottle of gummiess…
Had an issue with a bottle of gummies that were moist / really sticky when I opened the seal. I sent a photo to costumer service and they were very quick in responding and helping out. Very impressed with the service! Makes me a Goli family member!

I had an order that was "lost" or…
I had an order that was "lost" or stating it had been at the same facility for several days. I reached out to the Goli customer care team and let them know what was going on. They were EXTREMELY QUICK to respond to my email and within a couple of hours, they had sent me another order at no charge and it is on its way as we speak. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :)
