Websites Down for 4 Days Poor Support Inconsistent Explanations

Ongoing technical problems and inconsistent explanations costing us £1,000s per hour.I have had an extremely disappointing experience. Since 27 March 2026, we have experienced ongoing website and SSL-related problems affecting business continuity, uptime, and reliability. These issues have not been resolved promptly, despite repeated contact with support.The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of a clear and consistent explanation. Each time we have called, we have been given a different account of the cause of the problem. At various times, the issue has been described as hosting-related, SSL-related, DNS-related, or said to be the responsibility of another provider. That has made it very difficult to identify the true cause or obtain a proper resolution.As a business user, I would expect a hosting provider to carry out a competent technical investigation, give a coherent explanation, and either resolve the issue or clearly identify what needs to be done. Instead, we have had repeated disruption, wasted time, and no satisfactory ownership of the problem.The service has caused significant concern because intermittent website failures affect customer confidence, business reputation, and advertising spend. These are not minor inconveniences.I would urge the company to improve its technical support, ensure that agents provide consistent information, and take proper responsibility for resolving recurring service issues rather than shifting responsibility between providers.On my experience to date, I cannot recommend the service.

I have been going round in circles with an email form problem on my website. It’s been driving me insane. All I can say is thank the lord for Franko at go daddy. He more than stepped up and took his time to not only fix the problem thoroughly but was a great communicator and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the whole (very technical) process. One ofthe worst Domain providers I have…

One ofthe worst Domain providers I have ever encountered as a website developer!! I had a customer representative tell me that I was covered for 1yr upon transferring my domain, after they had seen the domain name, only to have a bill prompt 2 weeks later. I then approached their customer service again to have them tell me that was never the case which equates to misleading conduct.Throughout the process of followup on the matter, it took over 2hrs and Zero resolution, accountability and to make matters worse, there was no access from my end to the conversations section where all support messages should have been stored, including when that most reacent chat ended, which shows a lack of professionalism, transparancy and accountability. I will never recommend nor use GoDaddy ever again and will be actively removing clients domains from their hosting to other services that not only provide FREE transfer of domains but also clarity and professionalism.

This is the best place to be for sports…

This is the best place to be for sports viewing, the atmosphere and vibe is immaculate. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I plan to come back for every single game I watch with my friends and family.
