They Don't Stand Behind Their Product
Their customer service is abysmal. I bought a pair of glasses in January, and just after a month one of the lenses began popping out. After checking to make sure the screw was tight, I contacted the company's customer service to find out how I get it fixed. They told me to fix it myself, despite the 1 year warranty.While the glasses are good, they are unusable because one lens continues to periodically fall out (it's smaller than it should be). They are a horrible company, and you'd do well to take your business elsewhere.

Nice service and perfect glasses, I can only find the frame and lenses I'm seeking for on this website, it might take a long time for them to get your glasses delivered (mine took about 1 month) but I got exactly what I ordered.

They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
They do not have TERRIBLE customer service. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. You cannot contact them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my frames. Bad experience. Do not do business with this company!

Freedom Of Choice
I take my eyesight seriously, and I proactively, thoroughly research my choices for prescription correction. Only Go-Optic allows me my choice of frame and lens without arbitrary pre-directed selection mandates. I choose high quality, name brand CR-39 lenses primarily for their high optical ABBE value, durability, and superior tint retention. Other sites will high-handedly remove a CR-39 option citing a safety policy or aesthetic concerns - completely dismissing my own 50 years of experience. Go-Optic choices are immense, prices are fair - and when compared to other sites’ markups - Go-Optic is the good value choice.
