Very poor customer experience.
Very poor customer experience.I have received spoiled, moldy, damaged, and poorly packed products multiple times through Glovo, and in many cases they were clearly not safe to consume. I reported these issues properly, with photos and all necessary proof, but Glovo usually refused to refund the full amount. Sometimes they gave a refund once, then refused in similar cases later.So the result is simple: the customer keeps paying for Glovo’s failures. On top of that, Glovo Prime does not offer the value it promises, since some supermarkets still require minimum orders or add extra fees even if you already pay for the subscription.This service has been unreliable, unfair, and not customer-friendly.

Glovo charged me for a subscription…
Glovo charged me for a subscription automatically and refused to refund it, even though I contacted support within hours and did not use the service. Their support is a brick wall of "no technical possibility." While my bank was professional enough to step in, Glovo’s service remains unprofessional and greedy. Avoid this app if you value your money and fair treatment.

I had several bad experiences with…
I had several bad experiences with Glovo Morocco. They are simply not professional and steal customers money without delivering the order. It happened many times that i order items and pay and don’t receive the order or receive missing items.When i reach them to explain the issue and request for refund they don’t accept and refuse to refund me.They are just untrusted platform and will never use their bad services at all. I already deleted their app. Please be careful.

They have no way to cancel prime
They have no way to cancel prime. There's no option in the app, and you have to message them through the app and they dont ever respons

I was charged a whole year of Glovo…
I was charged a whole year of Glovo prime, but I didn't want it, so when I contacted them, they immediately declined me a refund. Now I am stuck with a whole year or Glovo prime that I don't use

1 star is too generous
1 star is too generous. They never picked up my food, just kept delaying it by 10 minutes for 2 hours. I had to cancel it and just finish a late night of work while starving.

Ordered and paid for a delivery
Ordered and paid for a delivery. Never arrived, said i had chosen to collect from store, which I definitely didn't. No dinner for my family and £50 down. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this
