The ease and user friendlly navigation on the website make it comfortible. To views the eyeglasses and prices as you search for prefect eyewear. The prices are resonablely in the range of the market with nice discounts. I can't to get my eyeglasses.

Fast service, gift-card rebate
Fast service. Easy-to-use interface. For a moment I feared that entering a gift-card code would remove the sale code, but it didn't. Phew!

Horrible from beginning to end
Horrible phone system, poor speaking customer service and follow through. Put an order on hold due to prescription error, confirmed it on hold, then shipped anyways. 4 calls pushing buttons before I got to speak to someone because they're chat is completly useless. Confirmed my return request but didn't send the label attached. Now it's 2 more days to get the label sent. I was going to have the lenses replaced once I got the corrected scipe but decided to get a full refund due to the customer service of this company. Rather pay a few bucks more locally than dealing with overseas customer? service?

the temples should adjust inward for a…
the temples should adjust inward for a tighter fit. They were too loose before, and other shops wouldn’t tighten them, so they tend to slip off when I tilt my head down.
