Laresal Ultra 7

Hello, on 24.11.25 I ordered and paid for the Laresal Ultra 7 vacuum cleaner. I received it on 02.12.25 and started using it. On 25.3.26, a red symbol appeared on the display, it has no suction power and the vacuum cleaner turns off. So after three months of use, the vacuum cleaner is useless. I would like to ask for a refund because I have lost confidence in the product.

ROBORE U18 treadmill

I purchased the ROBORE U18 treadmill from Geekbuying and my experience has been positive.The ordering process was easy and smooth, and the product arrived as described.Unfortunately, the remote control was somehow damaged during shipping and therefore did not work.Customer service was available and helpful; a new remote control was sent within a few days. The product works properly.

Endless stalling, impossible demands, still no refund

I placed an order in June 2023 and immediately requested cancellation. They ignored my request. Nearly three years later, the item randomly appeared on my doorstep.When I tried to return it, they demanded endless “proof.” I provided SKU photos, six‑side photos, clear shipping label images, a video of the label on the box, and Yodel’s own confirmation that their original tracking number was invalid. Every time I complied, they moved the goalposts and asked for something else: proof of doorstep delivery that required no signature, photos of a label they already had, then “official courier confirmation” that doesn’t exist for a drop‑off delivery.After months of this back‑and‑forth, they still refuse to provide a prepaid return label or a refund. They wasted my time with contradictory statements and impossible requirements, all while ignoring the fact they never honored my cancellation.Complete lack of accountability. Do not trust this company with your money or your time.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a Raptor Pro 3D scanner directly from the website, unfortunately a couple days later I got an e-mail saying it was out of stock. In return the Customer Service offered me the option to get the previous raptor model and a refund. I negotiated one more item, got the extra item and the refund. Then I found a coupon for the scanner I got and explained to the Customer Service that I could've gotten the scanner even cheaper with this coupon so they offered me a refund of the difference again and an extra 20USD coupon. What can I say... hats off for the Geekbuying Customer Service Department!
