Good range and top quality
Really easy to find what you're looking for and a huge range available. Took under 2 weeks to arrive and all arrived looking great. My shrubs are now keeping vehicles from driving over my lawn and about to burst into flower!

Awful. Avoid.
Awful customer service...with products that are hit & miss. Bought 2 agapanthus and both are rotten. Unfortunately didn't discover that sections were completely mushy until id put them in the ground. According to them, this is acceptance. I've sent videos of the rotten sections but they just don't care. The plant is showing no signs of life either whilst my established one is thriving. Will not refund or replace and if I want to send them back, I apparently have to pay. Appalling company. I'd love to upload the video here but its not giving me the option.

Still waiting for delivery
Placed an order 22/03/2026. Two weeks later still not even been dispatched. Even if they dispatch with in the next day, by the time my items arrive we will be looking at approx 3 weeks for delivery. This is outrageous given usual delivery standards. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for this delivery to get on with my garden. Frustrating to say the least.

Poor plants and poor customer service
Last June I bought several flowering shrubs from this company. I wouldn't have raved over the condition of any of them when they arrived, none of them looked like their picture on their web site but the magnolia they sent was actually dead on arrival. It was just bare twigs and bare roots. The soil which was supposed to be around the root ball was bone dry dust in the bottom of the bag.Despite this, I soaked it as per the instructions and then planted it up in new potting compost in an attempt to coax it back but it failed to show any signs of life.At the end of August I complained by email and did a bark test as they instructed me in their reply and this proved it was dead. They eventually replied that this tree and an acer I wasn't happy with were not covered by any of their guarantees!I replied that the Sales of Goods Act and later The Consumer Rights act both say that goods must be 'of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and as described' and that a tree which was dead when it was delivered clearly fitted none of the above. They did not reply.I left the magnolia potted up over winter and into spring hoping that there was some dormant life might shoot forth but it has not happened, so I am writing today.I would not buy again from this firm. I have managed to coax the other shrubs into a better condition than the arrived but I would rate none of them as good.I suggest that if you want to buy a decent well grown plant that you should visit a garden centre where you can see what you are buying.

Plants delivered damaged
Plants delivered damaged, and dead. Delivery delayed for weeks on end. Provided evidence of damaged and dead plants, as well as those which were not the same species as ordered but customer service were of little to no help, and took ages to get a response from them. After the second reply they didn’t ever come back to me. Waste of money - do not waste your time with this cowboy company.

The plants were great even though Iwas…delivery
The plants were great even though Iwas missing 2. Thcouldnt send replacement that was a disappointment but I understand why. The delivery service evri was not great my box was smashed up , the drive top it all around even though I said it was plants and the package was clearly marked so he could take pictures.
