We had to adapt quite a few pieces to make it fit, thankfully I had a good carpenter. And also there are pieces missing like the top and bottom inside edging pieces. To my mind I found the quality quite flimsy.

Cheap, but not particularly cheerful
This is not an easy review to leave. If I could give 2.5 stars I would, but if forced to go higher or lower, I think lower is a fairer account of my experience!First the positive: the shed / workshop (28mm 4.5 x 2.4m pent workshop), now built, is actually pretty good. Even despite it's many foibles, it's great value and was significantly cheaper than the closest equivalent from another supplier. Now the problems, split broadly into issues with the product, and issues with the service.Whilst I'm happy with how it turned out and it was definitely good value, quality control was lacking and alteration and improvisation was required throughout the build. Technical instructions weren't provided (or available for the build because of poor customer service response times - more on that later). There were two few of some parts (roof boards), and too many of others. I should not have had to use chisels to get it together and the gap above the door frame (only fixable due to 1 surplus full length wall board) was inexcusable.The building supplied was also a slightly different spec (2.4m rather than 2.5m) to what was ordered. The 2.5m version I ordered has since disappeared from sale so I imagine it was discontinued. Delivery... I ordered the shed in July and expected to receive it at the end of September, based on time on the website at point of order. 4 weeks was immeditely added to this on my order confirmation email, and despite lots of chasing and fretting, it didn't actually turn up until the 30th of Jan the following year!! Every time I contacted customer services it took a minimum of 15 minutes to get through, and the answer was almost always 'very soon - probably a couple of weeks'. This made it impossible to plan for delivery and construction. In fact, I decided to stop with slab prep altogether, primarily because of the onset of winter, but also because of a nagging fear that they were fobbing me off and on their way out of business! Until I got the call to actually arrange a delivery date, every indication i was given on timeframes was garbage.Times to reply to emails are slow at best. Customer services are generally evasive and I don't think have much information. I specifically did not want to be building the thing in single digit temps, but ended up having to. The slickest part of the whole setup was the process for getting replacement or missing parts (which is telling!), but even then it was nearly two weeks for them to deliver a single roof board. (Which arrived on a company flatbed when it could have been posted!).Would I use them again?? Not if I could afford not to. Definitely not if I was in any sort of a hurry (or anything was contingent) and not unless I was reasonably confident addressing the unexpected issues.

My order was delayed but the company kept me regularly updated, as to when I could expect my delivery. I do have an ongoing issue with a missing part, which to be fair I have no reason to believe won’t be resolved shortly. Let’s hope that when the playhouse is erected my Grandchildren are as satisfied.
