This really is a bad company. They have no morality when it comes to working with customers. I've repeatedly had issues with deliveries being made to the wrong address, and being lost. That happened 2 times last week. On the last shipment, they denied my claim, and sent me a report card (not kidding), showing that I had problematic returns, Yes! I have b/c they seem to be unable to deliver to my home. I went as far as to contact the delivery service ahead of the last shipment to ensure I would get the package, that did not work.

After paying my parcel I had to send it back (poor quality)- but I have found out, sending back is possible only on my expenses. This was one month ago, still waiting for my refund!Never ever shopping from Gap!

Too much delay in items, I am waiting for 1 week..this is not happy satisfaction... I don't order from here in my entire life.. very bad experience

I purchased 5 items on Nov 30. Got an email stating my items would be delayed on Dec 4. I waited as it’s a busy time of year. Nothing arrived and my shipping info status has not changed in one month. I called on Jan 2 and customer services explained that the item had been lost but as I had not called within 30 days I would not receive a refund (not even store credit, which I would have declined). I had no communications from Gap about this since the email about the delay. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge. It’s a complete joke.

GAP is now a total let down. There is new management and the change is painful. The style and quality of clothing, especially their underwear has gone backwards, while paying more. Highly disappointed, as I have been a customer with GAP for more than 20 years

The price is too high for the quality. Items lose shape after a few washes, the clothing feels thin, and the sizes are inconsistent. Returns and customer service are annoying. Unless it is significantly discounted, it is not worth it.

I placed an order 12/9 to be delivered before 12/25. 12/10 I received an email confirming all items shipped ETA 12/15. 12/19 I contacted customer service for an update because tracking states that they haven't received the package from GAP. Customer service filed a claim on my behalf. The claim was denied. Gap uses a 3rd party partner to monitor returns/fraud. The 3rd partner partner (TRE) denied the claim and the appeal process is nothing more than a waste of time. TRE won't reverse the decision and GAP won't overide. There is no recourse for customers. Order is paid but not delivered. Gap won't refund or replace. Unethical.

Was a loyal customer till someone stole my CC info and bought stuff from GAP online. Was notified bc shipping address was diff from billing (my address). Called GAP customer service right away (within minutes) of catching that thieving woman (I have her name and her address) GAP would NOT cancel that order!! Minutes after fradulant purchase they would not cancel. I will NEVER shop on their website again.
