A no fuss and bother, efficient delivery.

Ty and Adrian phoned me to say they were 20 mins away and arrived at the time stated at the start of the allocated slot I was given the evening before. A no fuss and bother approach to bringing the sofas into my house, unpacking and assembling them. They were respectful taking care whilst Putting in the space I had allocated. Sofas were then inspected by them and photos taken. A seamless process done efficiently and with care. All packaging was taken away. Thank you.

Please read below about a £2,400 bed

Please read below about a £2,400 bed. I haven’t said about a draw I wanted adjusting to them, as they seem very unprofessional at this point .This is part of email I’ve sent to them Very poor customer service 0/5 stars I think a Director should really look at this case as an example to improve Customer Service as this is pathetic. £8,600-00 spent in your stores since 9th Jan and at present I have not had a working bed for 10 days . Remedy is to send a different team with a brand new bed with a team that knows how to put together and get working before they leave . Furniture Village 31st March James and Andy put bed together, bed not working they called Customer Service and said they will call back within 72 hours 2nd April 1219 Donna called plus we emailed rip in the bed she said she would check and call back that evening NO CALL BACK 6th April 1445 MY WIFE CALLED AGAIN Natalie asked us for a video of bed not working- my wife said no why did the delivery guys take video ? 9th April I rang Milton Keynes store and spoke to Rhianne , she said she would speak to Rob the store Manager to try get sorted 9th April Tina support staff rang me and then I spoke to Stuart warehouse supervisor - Stuart rang back at 1330 to say Natalie from customer services will call me regarding the issue ( was this the same Natalie from 6th April ??? ) 9th April Natalie rang 1340 to say they are liaising with the bed company I said you’ve had 10 days to liaise with them we have not had any call - put on hold - Natalie now says we will give you a new bed . So I now wait for a call from procurement team ??? 10th April - No call from procurement team 21:48 Good Luck - if you have issues from Furniture Village

Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable…

Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable when it came to beds. The mattress we ordered arrived in good time and was delivered by two very helpful drivers, Mark and Jamie. Would highly recommend!

Kieran and Lee.. great Delivery lads…

Kieran and Lee delivered my sofa and chair today, what a great couple of lads..communication was spot on, gave us tips on how to look after it..was really aware of the walls etc in our home when bringing the furniture into the house and made sure we were happy before leaving
