Absolutely diabolical service – avoid
I honestly don’t even know where to start with Furniture123. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.I ordered a super king-size bed with the assembly service, specifically because I wanted a hassle-free experience. On the first delivery, the headboard arrived damaged. I had already taken a full day off work for this, which was completely wasted. The only thing they offered me was a refund on the delivery charge.Three days later, they redelivered the bed… and AGAIN the headboard was damaged. At this point it’s just unacceptable.On top of that, I paid £119.97 for the assembly service, which clearly states that packaging will be removed and recycled. Instead, I was left with cardboard and rubbish all over my house nothing was cleared. When I contacted customer services, I spent 45 minutes on the phone being told I hadn’t paid for that service, despite it literally showing in my order confirmation.The only resolution they offered after all of this was £75 compensation, which is frankly insulting considering the time I’ve lost, the inconvenience, and the state they left my home in.Overall, the service has been completely unprofessional and poorly handled from start to finish. I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

Good service and good quality, wished for easier assemble
Service was great and we are happy with the quality of the bunk bed with trundle that we bought. We just wished for the assemble to be easier and faster as the bed came completely unassembled, slats included. It took 4 hours to built.

Excellent company DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
I purchased a bed from furniture123 and I couldn’t be anymore happy with the service I received. Order made on Thursday night and arrived on Saturday with constant updates giving me piece of mind.On the day of delivery they called me an hour before arrival and once they arrived they delivered into the exact room I wanted the bed in. High quality product and very well packaged for delivery.Very friendly service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.

Well made, solid mango wood table. Only downside was F123 told us the delivery was Tuesday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday
