Don’t
Don’t , I say it again, DON’T buy from this company. It’s a scam and you may never see your purchase. I ordered March 1. Today is April 13. No delivery. Products supposedly are still in shipping but in China. They have horrible customer service service. They have no intention of delivering anything. Just don’t make the mistake I did as well as many other people experienced as well.

Warning to other buyers
Warning to other buyers: FunnyFuzzy is unreliable. Ordered a bed over a month ago and it never showed up. Communication is non-existent; I’ve sent several emails with no reply and there is no phone number to call. At this point, it’s a $100 lesson learned. Do not engage with this business.

Ordered a couch cover in July 2025 - still haven’t received it
Ordered a couch cover in July 2025. Never received it. This is my 3rd (4th) review about this order. After each review, the company has reach out and ask for the order number, which I provide. That’s the last I hear from them. Do not shop here.

Nice cool doggie bed
Well it took a very long time to arrive. I ordered the extra large bed and it's pretty small, kind of humorous actually, I am keeping it. Not a bad product, just wish I had ordered a larger one.

I sent a report on how bad the service was their reply will contact me with updated information has not happenedthey tell lies I want my money back once again do not trust Funny Fuzzy tracking # incorrect australia Post never heard of tracking # etc cannot contact the company direct even if it exists so please dont buy from them I have lost $154.20 and at my age cannot afford to loose that amount of money

Incompetence in ecommerce
I place an order on 2/11 and received a confirmation that my order had been placed. Since then I have not received a shipping notification, or an order update. I emailed the company in March, and after several weeks of no response they finally on 3/13 offered to give me 10% refund AFTER my products are delivered. We are now another month lter and I neither have products, and update, or any compensation. Funnyfuzzy needs to close up shop if they're unable to manage basic ecommerce requirements. The reviews on here are all the same, and the responses are all the same copy and paste response. I deserve a full refund. Funny fuzzy after more emails sent me a shipping confirmation. The items are coming from china. I should not have had to beg for shipping confirmation. They also offered me $8.00 refund on a nearly $200 order. UPDATE 4/13/26: Funnyfuzzy responded after seeing this review that they would process a full refund. I still do not have the products I ordered and need three months later, and they are unable to provide me with a status on where they are or when they might have gotten to me.

Product not received
I ordered a car dog bed on 9.3.26. Was informed that it would be shipped within 15 days and I would be informed when it had shipped. Now the 10th April and no response to my e mail enquiry and no sign of the bed. Took the money when ordered and no idea if I will receive it. Shocking service and will never use or recommend this company again.
