COMPLETELY AVOID this company!!!

COMPLETELY AVOID this company!!!! I ordered Scooby-Doo slippers in the beginning of January and the stitching stared to come apart on the heel along with holes in the same slipper! We’re talking about 6 weeks!! Not 6 months! At a premium cost of $35 too??!! The quality is HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company. They don’t even respond to emails. I called and they didn’t have much to say either!

Defective skeleton

I bought an 8-foot skeleton for about $275. Purchased it to use for promoting my kid's girl scout cookie sales. Delivered on mid Dec and we didn't open the box until Jan 29th, because we trusted that it would work. To my unfortunate surprise, it was missing the necessary wires to connect the ribcage to the legs so the animatronics can't work. Took photos and sent them to the company and they said I'm past the 30-day return window, so they won't do anything. I am only seeking a working rib cage. It's very obvious from the photos and this is a manufacturer deficiency. I've bought thousands of dollars' worth of stuff from this site but never again.

Great customer service

Due to Black Friday, my order was delayed for more than three weeks. This meant that I received it to late for it to fullfill its purpose as a gift for a co-worker. I wanted to make a refund, but as the order was delayed and refunds cannot be made more than 30 days after the order date, I could not make a refund. I wrote to customer service, and received a fast reply, where the fun.com employee apologized and issued me a refund of the money, without me having to return the order. Such a high service level! I am truly impressed. And the delay was due to the shipping company, not fun.com anyway.

Great selection of products

Great selection of products. They sell Loungefly purses and bag packs at a discount. I've been told to avoid the Halloween costumes that are poor quality. So far I have gotten nice items in two large orders. The scarfs and hats, accessories are great for LOTR, Harry Potter, Dr Seuss fans.

Terrible customer service and return policies

Christmas present for my daughter was literally broken out of the box but because it was outside of the normal return window they offered zero resolution. Most other companies offer some extenuating return for holidays but they do not. Item was clearly returned broken and they did zero quality testing before restocking.

Ordered a Halloween costume for my son

Ordered a Halloween costume for my son, but it didn't fit since their sizing is smaller than the actual size. Huge mistake! They said to allow 30 days to process before getting the refund. As a result, I couldn't afford to just buy another. Then the 30 days pass, and ISTILL had to beg for the refund!! I will never order a Halloween costume from here again!

Canadian Customers Priced Out

I’ve been a loyal Fun.com customer since 2016, and it genuinely hurts to write this. As a huge Sailor Moon fan, I’ve ordered every related product Fun.com has carried over over the years. It has also been a go to place for gifts, whether for kids in my family or for geeky adults alike.Canadian shoppers should be aware that while the in store product prices and sales may look appealing, the final cost tells a very different story. An order totaling $80 in products quickly becomes $168 once shipping and the U.S. exchange rate are applied. On top of that, additional and unexplained customs fees are added upon delivery.Once all costs are factored in, ordering from Fun.com as a Canadian becomes not just unfeasible, but irrational. Today was a sad day when I finally made the decision to shop elsewhere, not because of the merchandise, but because Canadian customers are effectively priced out.It’s disappointing to lose a favorite retailer this way, through no fault of the retailer itself. If Fun.com were to explore options such as Canadian based distribution, a cross border fulfillment partner, or more affordable shipping methods that include duties and taxes upfront, it would make a meaningful difference for Canadian customers. I would happily support Fun.com again under those circumstances, but as it stands, that support simply isn’t sustainable for Canadians at this time.

Ordered Santa boots

Ordered Santa boots, they didn’t fit, calf is far too small and on the boots it says for ages 14+ asked if I could get a refund and they said I could but would mean paying for the shipping back to US and tracked also from UK so I said ok for them to then say I couldn’t get a refund as it was during their “Blackout period” and they would issue me a refund only on the basis if I made another order with them so they would treat it more like an exchange. Whole thing just sounded dodgy to me so decided against the whole thing.

I never received the package

I never received the package and contacted both Fun.com and FedEX. Fun.com said that I needed to file a claim with FedEX and as they would not issue me a refund nor would they send out a replacement as I did not select their package protection option. I contacted FedEx and was told I can’t open an investigation as they require the merchant to file the claim. So, I called back to Fun.com and asked them to open a claim on my behalf. Fun.com said they would not/could not help me, they would not file a claim, and they would not send a replacement or refund my money. Which leaves me with no Christmas gifts. This has definitely NOT been a Fun experience!!

Ineptitude At Its Finest

Worst company ever. Their branch HalloweenDOTcom, sent me a disparaging completely different costume from what I paid for in this slumping republican-led economy. I paid top dollar to get the costume on time. Thank you Fed3x you did your part, on time. Your counterpart however is lost in the slop. I do not have a recourse. Their staff is gone for the holiday and you’ve ruined my evening and Halloween. Everything I paid for from shoes to make-up and hair appointment gone. Money down the drain. Gee, thank you for your ineptitude. Will not be doing business with you. I will be issuing a charge-back and you left an angry partner. I am at a loss for words, your mistake is irreparable. Abhorrent and careless. (ON#31226568) my costume came in a bag with your marketing, although I used one of your branches. Never will be given another opportunity again. Look elsewhere, shop local. Stay healthy. You disappoint.
