I ordered a beautiful floral…
I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement but what my friend received wasn’t even close to what I ordered. They kept saying they would resend & contact me when that happened. Never heard a thing. Tried to tell me they did send another one but my friend never received anything more than the original

Arrangement was as depicted and satisfactory. However, delivery notice arrived after the business had closed, so I didn't know until the next day if it was received on time

Absolutely INCOMPETENT
Absolutely INCOMPETENT! Ordered Easter flowers on 3/24 for delivery 4/3. Received a call 1230pm on 4/2 informing us that they can't deliver it until the day after Easter because they didn't have enough drivers. SERIOUSLY!!! If this was the 1st time this had happened to us I might have been a little more understanding but this is a trend with FTD. They gave us a refund but now we have to find a place to order/deliver with 2 days notice.

The first delivery I had a couple weeks…
The first delivery I had a couple weeks ago was prompt. Flowers beautiful. The delivery I just had on 4/1, was not. Though the flowers were beautiful the amount of stems seemed a bit sparce. The biggest issue was they were not delivered until 7:30 pm. Though I did not specify a time, I would think they would of arrived at a more reasonable time.

What a disappointment
What a disappointment! I ordered the largest arrangement, designers choice and it was a haphazard mess. My daughter is a florist and she counted the stems and what should be charged and she said at best it is a 55$ arrangement. Besides the price the arrangement looked like it was a thrown together thoughtless mess. Would not use FTD again.

Beautiful flowers and great value
I ordered flowers through FTD for a very dear friend be delivered on her birthday. The arrangement put together and delivered by Rocio Flower Shop located in Sunrise, FL, far exceeded my expectations and the recipient was very happy with them.
