Bought a defect pan that was useless…
Bought a defect pan that was useless after 10 uses for nearly 300€ - and when I try to contact customer service, I meet the rudest bot/person ever.They refuse to even check what I am stating about the pan. No help at all.Basically asking to f* off.Stay away from this brand and warn others too.

Love
Ordered by 4th one and I always have at least one out on the stove. The mini always pan especially is so convenient for every day use as it is so light/great to quickly warm something up or whip up some eggs. Love it

Very disappointing - does not last
Bought a four piece set, including the titanium everyday pan. Unfortunately, despite following all instructions on cooking and cleaning, it lost its non stick within a few months of use. The other pans we use a lot less but are going a similar way. We’ve had them for about a year now. Look great and the use was good but just no durability to them. So disappointing for the price you pay.

Huge disappointment 😕
I’m so gutted - after having my eye on these pans for so long, my partner bought me them as a gift. We got the cookware & bakeware set and I will say the pots and bakeware dishes have been good, but the two pans went from non-stick to quite sticky within a few months, and now just over a year later they are both just so frustrating to cook with - they’re the opposite of non-stick when frying things. I carefully followed all care and usage instructions, I don’t use metal utensils and am always careful with heat/oils etc., and they’ve never gone near the dishwasher. Unfortunately they only have one year warranty for the year in which we got them, which for the price point I think is a bit unfair. In all honesty I wouldn’t say the OurPlace Always Pan products are worth the expense. They look pretty but they just don’t seem to last anywhere near as long as they should for the price point they’re at, even with their “sales”.

CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE
BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR OVENS JUST OVER A YEAR AGO, BOTH ELEMENTS HAVE FAILED I WROTE TO THEM MONTHS AGO AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME BUT THEY HAVEN’T YET, THE WARRANTY ON THEM IS ONLY A YEAR SO WOULDNT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

I’m really impressed with this cookware…
I’m really impressed with this cookware set. Delivery was quick and everything arrived very well packed, so it all felt secure and protected straight out of the box.The Forget-Me-Not Blue colour is absolutely beautiful in person, even more vibrant than I expected, and it really brightens up the kitchen.In terms of performance, the pans heat up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking much more efficient. Cleaning is also effortless, food doesn’t stick, and everything wipes clean with minimal effort.Overall, a great combination of style and practicality. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous items
Gorgeous items: solid but lightweight and a beautiful design style to fit in any kitchen. I had a bit of an issue with delivery but customer services were super fast and sorted everything within a couple of days (their responses were within the hour of initial communication each time)
