I bought Premium plan and paid $49

And zero stars are too much for these scammers.I had a contributor account with them for over 2 years. I started by testing a few packaging mockup files (about 20) that were made to all their requirements and at a high level. Then I added texture files. I had some sales, but Freepik pays so little that in those 2 years I collected 2 euros. Now their measly two euros are left with them because Freepik deleted my contributor profile without giving me an explanation of where the problem was and without giving me the opportunity to correct it. Their support is not worth it. They are complete idiots. Freepik are complete scammers. I also use them as a resource for graphic materials - their quality is very bad. Their mockups are way worse than mine, which they deleted.Stay away from these scammers.

freepik is happy to take your money then censor what you create ... not worth the hassle - and it is ridiculous they try to hide behind the distributed paywall when it is their platform meaning they can set the rules of engagement ie not categorically censoring content critical of trump but they choose to try to have it both ways ... freepik goes as far as changing the interface to remove user control to ensure they completely control what content is created NONE OF THE CONTENT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT IS UNSAFE AND MAY ONLY BE NONCOMPLIANT PER BEING CRITICAL OR NON SYCOPHANT TO THE REGIME

Support will take forever to get back to you! I have been trying to login into my account after my email was recently deactivated, I have so much work locked into that account and they take so long to respond to your query, despite the fact that I am a Premium+ member! Even if you respond an hour after they email you, it will take them so long to respond to you! It's super frustrating dealing with this.

Fraud website I Got charged on 20 Dec 2025 and my Account is left using it in 2024 then what mean of doing auto charges again even the account is in Status of Inactive even i received the official freepik mail but you guy charged and it's about 4 month's now of waiting and barking that someone atleast check and refund my money but no one cares about it. I will continue post about the Update's and review till the freepik team check it on Ground Level ... In Name of Account suspend or Inactive I can't accept that it's my mistake. if your stripe payment's auto charged then in your policy clearly mention that if no use of service even it's auto charged or debited I can claim the refund then now no mean of Claiming anything Even i have better solution's than freepik as of now .
