I ordered the Emerson tote and just…
I ordered the Emerson tote and just received it, absolutely devastated!! Not the color I ordered and I was shipped a USED damaged bag! There was gum wrapper trash and crumbs in it, 3 broken metal feet on the bottom, pen marks on the leather, big scratches on the leather from someone’s nails it looks like, no store tag on purse!!!! And smells like cigarettes! Disgusting!!

Ordered shoes for my daughter been given multiple delivery dates now for last 4 days it says preparing for shipping, how long does it take to put it in a bag? When I talked to customer service about canceling they said its preparing to ship cant cancel Ridiculous

Free People is one of the Best!!!
I have never had even one problem with anything I’ve ordered from Free People. I have received probably 30 shipments from them in the past 6 months and have been very happy with everything I’ve ordered. The clothes are excellent. The shipping is fully within their stated window. I am perplexed at how they have received so many negative reviews when I’ve ordered so much and haven’t had even one issue. I suspect some of these negative reviews are trolls. Anytime I’ve needed to return, I take it into the store and the clerks are friendly and exceedingly competent and no questions are asked. I want more Free People!!!

Camden we the free sweatshirt …
Received we the free Camden sweatshirt today Rrp £70 - it arrived with at least 15 serious defects. Really poor. Am sending it back for a full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I really wish I could give this company zero stars as even giving them one star is far more than they deserve. Their customer service is absolutely appalling and the worst I have ever experienced. I placed an order with a birthday gift card and received a shoddy cheaply made dress (literally falling apart at the seams with lots of stitching undone and embellishments that had already come off). I do not understand the price at all when I have owned far higher quality from Primark. (This dress originally retailed for £238 but was reduced to £59.95 in the sale). I finally received a refund for the faulty dress after a week long email battle with customer service, however the tricky part was refunding the gift card. Policy was that I was to be sent a new one. However customer service sent it somehow to an old deactivated email address which isn’t even listed on my account anymore and also was NOT the email address I was corresponding with them with. They then sent me a new gift card nearly a week later but this time without the important PIN number needed rendering it unusable. Now customer service are telling me they can’t fix this issue or give me the PIN number. Apparently only head office can fix this (not their gift card team) and I am to await further information from head office, however there has been no further contact and no one can help. Emails have gone ignored or I’ve not received emails when I’ve been told they’ve been sent. It’s been an absolute horror and and mess of either deception or sheer incompetence. I am now believing this company is now nothing more than a disgrace of a scam and I warn anyone not to spend their hard earned money here!

Don't be fooled
I wish I could give it none. This company has sent me faulty items multiple times, made it impossible for me to get refunds, and has lost my parcels and refused to help me. The customer service is beyond awful. Do not buy at free people. Free People is an incredibly clever establishment - they call themselves 'free people', they scream about their environmental efforts, and they charge a disgusting amount for every item - which therefore tricks you into thinking they have high quality clothing. Their items are factory made and worse quality than primark, you're just spending hundreds of pounds. Don't fall for it like I did!

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. I have been trying to return a pair of jeans that cost over £100. Website states unable to return because they haven’t been delivered yet. Order status says delivered. AI sent me round in circles.Put through to an agent that took 3 hrs to connect. The outcome was just to wait till the website updates. Guess what….still says i have no eligible item for return a day later?!

Wouldn’t give it any star
Wouldn’t give it any star. Completely fake advertising of products and information. Ordered a top…. Completely different colour, size, quality and design from photo advertising it. Dreadful quality, laughable and immediately realised I’d been conned. Offers complete refund but not able to activate instructions from website. Do not order from this company!!
