Awful quality for the expensive price. One of the rings I ordered arrived tarnished before I could even wear it. For the price I would expect high quality gold plated jewelry, not copper tarnished trash. I believe this business is a scam.

Do nOt buy from this company!!The nO refund policy says it all.They knOw their product is poor.I bought a circle shell necklace and it came on a rubber cord. It's cheap for the price.

It’s been a month since I ordered and after three emails checking the status, I get a generic email each time saying they switched warehouses and my order will ship out at the end of the week or it will be rectified. At this point I’m sure what I ordered will be sold out so I’m sure I will never even receive anything.

Do not WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from here. You never get your merchandise and they say “sorry Angel it’s taking longer so we can customize it for you”. Then they give you a $25 voucher for your next order. Why would you order from them again. HORRIBLE!

I purchased a custom necklace for my daughter late November, but prior to Thanksgiving. While I understand that it’s “custom” it is now basically February and I still don’t have the item I paid for. It’s always “Angel, I’m sorry. Give it more time.” How does no one not know where the item is. Did it even get produced? It’s not like it was shipped to me and possibly lost by the carrier. No, this is solely on the company.My pre-teen daughter has more faith than myself in the company and thinks “they’ll make it right.” They attempted to have a new one made and shipped. However, that deadline has also come and gone. While they are offering to cancel and refund my money, it’s so much more than that. It’s a terrible way to conduct business. As a business, one should have a way to know where every item is until it has been released to the carrier. Why can’t someone place a wish order directly? Why can’t someone call anyone who know more than their customer service representatives. Who by the way only respond via email. Don’t call me Angel, call my by name. And do better as a whole.

UPDATED: My order did eventually arrive after 4 weeks. I'm changing the rating to 3 stars because (a) the experience could have been so much better and (b) the product looks great on the website but is only okay in person.ORIGINAL FROM TWO WEEKS AGO: Do not buy from this website.Listen to all the other 1-star reviews. I placed an order three weeks ago. The necklace is still not shipped even though the order confirmation email stated 3-5 days for shipping.After contacting customer service multiple times, I finally received a reply. They said it will take them another 1-2 weeks to figure out shipping for a total of at least 5 weeks to process the order.The item has since become sold out on their website. I do not anticipate receiving the item based on what the previous reviewers have experienced.

I’ve never spent the time to write this but I can’t believe this brand accused me of lying that I didn’t reach out to customer service through their DM. I had screenshots showing their logo that I messaged them immediately wanting to update my address. They ignored me for a month. Phone lines are fake. No real customer service. Their customer support member blatantly denies my screenshots (that shows I DM them) says their page is blank and they didn’t get any messages. Just how horrible of them to accused my screenshots to be unreal. They clearly deleted my messages. It’s not even about the refund anymore but the principle of how they handle this. Other customers mentioned they erased comments/messages on their insta.There you go. No need to buy from them, pls just buy from local small business owners who treat their customer more kindly on Etsy. I wish I could upload the responses and screenshots. I’ve never had customer service like this where they ended with “we’re sorry we can no longer assist you” after I called out the agent for being passive aggressive over email. Yikes.

Terrible customer experience - ordered my items over 2 months ago, was dragged along without a shipping update, then told that 1 item was sold out, still no shipping update. After multiple follow ups, I just found out that ALL of the items I had ordered 2 months ago are sold out.Literally awful.

Buyer beware!!! My custom order was 3 weeks late ( 8 weeks in total ) so I choose to cancel it. They ran sales the whole time - how are you running sales + trying to get more orders when you can’t catch up on the ones you’ve received? Bad business practices. They also erased my comments on Instagram + tiktok asking for help when they ignored my emails.

Delivery took way too long, the ring size selection is poor, this expensive necklace is mostly plastic and broke upon first use. The earrings I bought look good but I have not used them yet, so we'll see. All in all this company gives mostly H&M quality at 5-6 times the price. I'm not angry just disappointed.
