Perfect! Very easy to order these mats for my Ikea "Lomviken" frames and non-standard size artwork. I wish the shipping was cheaper but once I got my order, I completely understand. Order was extremely well packaged and no damage. Thanks!

Could not be more disappointed for the price. I was thinking I was paying for high quality materials and craftsmanship but instead got pure trash. Ended up throwing it away. acrylic arrived scratched and filthy. cleaning it was time consuming and massive pain. I ordered a double matted frame and I assumed either the overall size would match so the inside matting would show an even reveal or be connected. Instead they are two completely different size pieces of cardboard so its on me to measure the reveal to get it even then tape or somehow get them to stay in place as to not shift. I honestly spent an hour just trying to clean and get the matting correct before giving up. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Extremely unresponsive customer service. In spite of posted business hours they cannot be reached by phone and are very slow in email response.To add insult to injury, their very belated email response asked me to "share my shopping cart" — which had automatically been emptied by their website. Because it had taken them too long to respond!So they ignored 1) all of the text of the email I sent them and 2) the painstakingly created diagram of what I wanted which I had attached in PDF form......and instead, said "Share your shopping cart."I was VERY impressed with my first order from this frame shop (which did not require any human interaction), but I am very UNIMPRESSED with the lack of attentive customer support.I am open to changing my review and rating once this is resolved......but only if they respond quickly enough before I take my business elsewhere.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would.I have a solo show coming up and have been searching everywhere for a very specific frame size to fit my watercolors. I can’t even count how many frames I ordered and tested that just didn’t work. By the time I ordered from Frame It Easy, I honestly didn’t have high hopes.Then the frame arrived.Within minutes of placing one of my originals inside, I knew this was it. The quality is spectacular. Clean lines, beautifully constructed, and perfectly suited for professional presentation without blowing my budget. As an artist, that balance matters. Most collectors end up reframing artwork to suit their homes anyway, so finding a frame that looks this good for gallery display at a smart price point is huge.And the customer service? Incredible. My order shipped within three days. The packaging was beyond secure. In fact, it was packed so well that I’m reusing the box to safely transport the framed piece to the gallery. That kind of thoughtful packaging makes all the difference when you’re handling original artwork.Frame It Easy is officially my go to for future shows. You’ve earned a customer for life.Thank you, truly.

Update: I received replacement screens yesterday and installed them today without issues. Thank you! I will consider ordering more frames from you. Hopefully next time I won't have the same issue again.I received three frames today. Two have blue streaks on the screen. I sent a complaint including photos to "Frame it easy". Unfortunately, after the initial response to send photos they are not responding anymore. I'm really unhappy about this purchase. I'm a returned customer and expected a bit more customer support.

Awful!!! They need to put a warning on their site not to bother unless you are a trained professional with very strong wrist muscles and a warehouse of tools. Nothing easy about it. It is extremely difficult--piece of junk. They don't want me to submit the review. It says to give the exact date and I am doing so and it says "give a date." Read the website! I did that!

We recently bought a beautiful custom-sized frame from Frame It Easy for a piece of art we brought back from a trip to Vietnam, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish the quality, communication, and care put into our order truly stood out.Designing the frame on their site was intuitive — I could tailor everything to the exact size and style I wanted, so it fit our art perfectly. The finished frame looks fantastic on our wall and does justice to the piece we picked up overseas.When it arrived, the packaging was incredibly secure — no scratches, dents, or damage whatsoever, which was clearly a priority for them. The frame itself is solid and feels like a quality piece you’d get from a local shop, but at a better value and made right here in the USA. It’s obvious they care not just about selling a frame, but about delivering something worth displaying. I’d absolutely recommend Frame It Easy to anyone wanting custom framing that’s simple, reliable, and beautifully made.My only call out is that once I placed the order - updates/shipping/communication was lacking. Meaning, I never received any follow ups after the initial order which I found strange.

We had 6 camera phone pics we wanted framed for a gallery wall in our home, so I looked at several online framing sites and found that Frame It Easy offered all options we wanted (custom sizing, large selections of frame materials and colors, and the ability to upload our pics for them to print on acid free foamboard. Placed the order and 11 days later, received a WELL packaged box of our framed photos. We are very pleased with the result, and all six cost a total of about $300 including shipping cost, minus a percent off coupon. If I had a question (and I did) I received a response the same day or next morning. Excellent work and I won't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

This is a review on the customer service specifically as I haven’t received my order. This is some of the best customer service of my very long online shopping life. They email quickly with a real person. Offer multiple accommodations to fix a problem and are beyond generous with their support. I’ve never written a review here before but I was actually shocked at how easy and wonderful they were to work with . Thanks again!

They are a total avoid now for me as well. You better make sure THEY understand what YOU WANT, or YOU WILL PAY FOR IT... over and over.So after the matting cut arrived incorrectly, they offered to resend the correct matting for the cost of shipping only. I guess they thought that I was born yesterday. Not only do I know something about this business, but I also ship products. There's no way that the matting cost more than $1, and you could ship something that weighs a couple of ounces safely for far less than over $10. They conducted a master class on how NOT to run customer service and retain loyalty. Their attitude should have been: "Let's make this right," but it became: "Let's make more money." This is the third frame I've purchased from them, and it will be the absolute last.By the way, I discovered a local framer who did it correctly and did it for free. She will of course be receiving some form of payment and gratitude, and my business forever.If your business model is profit over customer satisfaction, like Frame It Easy, then eventually everyone will find out.
