My two favorite fragrances and they can’t arrive as promised and I just love aromatics from clinic Aventura La Femme from Hall had I mean so thank you so much. In addition what would be good it would be maybe lowering the price for dedicated and value customers like myself that would be a nice addition all right awesome work bye-bye

Delivery leaves much to be desired
Good prices. Excellent packaging, but poor delivery follow-up. Customer service is either very good or has a non-Chellan attitude. The free shipping took approximately 13-days by DHL/ USPS,(1-week late) once received by USPS it was delivered the next day.

Phenomenal site for a variety of scents!
I’ve already made 3 orders from fragranceX the last two phenomenal but the first one was the worst experience and biggest waste of money ever but none of it was fraganceXs fault at that time I was a casual fragrance enthusiast so I decided to try a few fragrances to strengthen my fragrance game. With no prior research that was the worst purchase ever. Moral of the story if you have a negative experience it might be self inflicted because fragranceX is 10/10. Always do your research don’t dive of the deep end like me.

I never received my order and I have not been refunded

I never received my order. Kept my money
I never received my order. Our letter carrier delivered an empty box. He told me it arrived at the post office unsealed and contents missing. He stamped the box as "Arrived unsealed" "Contents missing". I contacted fragrenceX, sent them pictures of the box and the stamp, filled out the requested paperwork, signed the affidavit, and they told me that once it left their warehouse, they were no longer responsible. They said I needed to try and file a claim with the post office. This is terrible customer service. I've been a customer for several years, but losing $258 worth of cologne is the deal breaker for me. Any good company would stand behind their products and service. I'm highly disappointed with them.

Fast delivery and good selection
Fast delivery and good selection. I like the FAQs on each one. Didn't have every one I wanted to try in travel spray but not that big of a deal.
