Substandard perfume
Substandard perfume.Spent £112 on Prada Paradoxe Eau de Parfum Spray 90ml Gift Set but its so weak.Likely selling 'grey market stock' which is why it was sold at a discounted price. This is not worth the saving.

The order was cancelled due to…
The order was cancelled due to incorrect card information (though it was correct) and on the second attempt the order was then cancelled (and it did not say why). I sent a message saying this in december and it has still not been addressed (now in march).

Absolutely unprofessional online company - 5-month wait for refund
Received my £75 refund only this week following a failed delivery of an online order from October 2025. They paid up only once I had started the ball rolling for a money claim (small claims court) which would have entailed them paying considerably more due to my professional time in corresponding and the court fees and interest. Every email to them (and there were many!) received an automated reply saying how incredibly busy they were... Every promise from them (that they would expedite or escalate the matter and check their warehouse to see if they had received the returned parcel (via their own courier!)) appeared simply to be a sop to keep me quiet. Only when I threatened to go to the national press did action start, and even then it was the very real threat of court action that persuaded them to make my refund. Although individual shops seem perfectly OK, as an online business they are to be avoided.
