The website could do with a few tweaks…
The website could do with a few tweaks to make the buying process better. Filtering for types of flowers is unnecessarily time consuming (especially if what you really need to do is filter out; e.g., no lilies). Some of the form fields don't accept the information as it exists in real life (e.g., true phone numbers don't fit what the website will allow). Choosing different versions of arrangements should result in different images so you can see what you're getting and decide if it's worth spending more.

Scam site
I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 31st 2026 I paid the extra money to have the flowers delivered before noon around 12:30 when the flowers were not delivered I contacted customer service after waiting on the phone for an hour someone finally answered and told me they would refund me the rush fee I told them that my fiance whom I was having the flowers delivered for was leaving at 2:00 and if they weren't delivered by then I didn't need them they assured me they would be delivered around 4:00 when the flowers were still not delivered I called and requested a refund and was told that I could not have a refund even though I never received the flowers because they were unable to contact the florist I want my money back since I never received this product
