Very bad experience I buy ticket from…
Very bad experience I buy ticket from and sales team is not responding back my inquiries. Extremely unprofessional team and not helping customers and resolving their issues. I request to change my date of birth and they are not doing if customers care team answer and I ask any questions they put me on hold for 20 minutes on hold than came back again put me on hold and its happened for 2 hours call. And they haven’t solve my problem. I think they are scam because I can’t get my money back it’s non refundable ticket. They put their email id and mobile number with airline so I can’t get the help from airline as I m unable to clear their security questions. My date of birth is wrong they put hypothetical passport number which is not matching with my passport and my number and email is wrong so airline is not able to help me to correct. I dnt know what to do in this situation. Not recommend to buy anything from they are scam

The flight I had book
The flight I had book, was moved back two days, so I had to rebook my flight out of London to home, so that flight costed me a extra 1000can. I did get cancel insurance with you, that costed me 120 can. Does it work, guess I will find out after I get home.

Online booking process cumbersome
Had to enter info many times due to unclear instructions, ex. seat selection. Could not find promo code option anywhere. Tried to initiate text chat, lost booking page, had to re-enter all info.Process took way longer than necessary, and ultimately dissatisfied as I could not apply the promo code and obtain a small discount.
