Website is great, delivery not
Website is great, value and selection cannot be faulted. But thats where it ends, their delivery partners are pretty useless, next day is hit and miss, and the cost per package is pretty high for this day and age at over £10.

Be warned! You can’t return!
Terrible experience. I buy loads from flannels and sent a top back that I have only tried on. The tags were intact and it was obvious it hadn’t been worn. It was a sports top so it would have been obvious if it had been worn. The warehouse refused it saying it had been worn. I emailed customer service, they asked me for photos which I sent showing it was in pristine condition and they told me it was tough, I couldn’t complain and that I would have to take it up with my bank. I will never buy from this company again. Be warned! They will take back as and when they deem fit with no recourse for the customer.
