First off this not a restaurant period its fast food so why are you charging restaurant prices??? The food is bar food style greasy and complete garbbagre never will go there again

Greasy mess and wildly overpriced for the quality
I know the food is naturally greasy, but my burger this time was completely soaked in oil, making the bun dissolve into a soggy mess before I could finish it. Plus, the price for a burger, fries, and a drink is just outrageous for a self-service experience with lukewarm fries.

First time experience…
Today was our first time eating at Five Guys, thanks to a DoorDash gift card we had received. We had two burgers and an order of fries and picked up the order. It was $36 which was outrageous. The burgers were good but the fries were SOGGY. After speaking with friends who had eating there, they agreed. Everyone said their fries are always soggy. So why are they still serving soggy fries when so many people don't like them?? The pickup person didn't know she could go to a different line to pick up the order but luckily there was only 1 person ahead of her. Nothing on the order told us to print anything out to show when picking up the order. I would rate them a 7 out of 10.

If your buying 1 & get 1 free it's…
If your buying 1 & get 1 free it's worth it. Otherwise there's better and for a more reasonable price. The taste most resembles In and Out. The fries were damp and not too tasty. If I were these 5 guys, I'd lower prices immediately to avoid the impending doom of an average burger costing 15.00

Great, but…
The patty was excellent, as always. I ordered a salad wrap and a hamburger, but it arrived as a hamburger loosely wrapped in two salad leaves. Unfortunately, that was incorrect; opening it caused all the ingredients to spill onto the aluminum foil. The hamburger should have been properly wrapped, not just with two loose salad leaves. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it.

Today we stopped at 5 Guys
Today we stopped at 5 Guys, Store #SC-0196 in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Wyatt took our order. The food was excellent! The staff was also excellent. Very kind and customer friendly.

Great burger but impossible to justify the price
The burger itself is genuinely excellent. fresh beef, good toppings, solid bun that actually holds together and I have no complaints about the food quality whatsoever. What I can't get past is spending seventeen dollars on a burger and fries at a place where I'm eating out of a paper bag at a metal table. I know what I'm getting into every time and I go anyway, but there's always a moment at the register where I question my decisions.

The fries are either a gift or a curse
Five Guys fries are either the best thing you've ever eaten or an overwhelming amount of potato that you deeply regret ordering, and there is no in between. My burger was cooked perfectly and the free peanuts while you wait are a nice touch that I appreciate more than I probably should. But my "regular" size fries came in a cup that was overflowing into the bag and I genuinely could not finish them which felt wasteful. Good food, chaotic portions, prices that make me wince every single time.

I used to think this was the best…
I used to think this was the best burger and fries till I went to posner park in Davenport Fl and had the worst on .. It was full is grissel and the fries were not fresh . Will never go back . $ 42.00 of waste !
