Disappointed in my latest purchasing…

Disappointed in my latest purchasing experience with Five. I ordered what I thought was 4 small metal cannisters to hold gummies. In the pic online, it shows 2 cannisters for 1 price. I ordered 2, expecting to get 4. No, it's just a deceptive pic since it's one cannister for 15. So, $30 for 2 small cannisters. Definitely overpriced and definitely deceptive. They admitted this is "misleading."Also, I did an add on, accidentally adding something else I didn't want. Couldn't find a way on my phone to retract it, so I just went with it. Disappointing experience overall!

Scam Marketing, Watch out

If you get anything to do with a nift card, meal delivery, and/or scammy THC companies, double check your firewall. These companies are all dumb scams. If they had a decent product they wouldnt need to sleeze scam market.

Shopping elsewhere next time

After a couple of times opening the SURGE container, it no longer opened. I got a hold of the response team. They offered zero help. I finally got it opened by destroying the plastic jar. Why would I purchase from Five again? They did say they were sorry and wished me a nice day 🤣.

Shipping sucks

Shipping sucks. They state shipping will be 4-7 days but its really like 14 days. I've ordered 4-5 times now and shipping is very slow even when paying for faster shipping. I guess the warehouse is using too much of the product.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

So, when you order, and PAY EXTRA for second day air delivery, delivery may be on time, although I cannot not say for certain, as I still haven’t received it as of today. WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU, is that paying for second day air, doesn’t mean their order fulfillment folks don’t process your order (despite having $100 paid at time of order) in any faster fashion. Too many other companies out there for me to choose from, to waste time and money with this company. Did I mention that I subscribed to deliveries, and it didn’t seem to put them in “rush mode”. There customer service simply stated that UPS has the package (now). I warn you not to do business with this company, and certainly don’t pay for expedited delivery…as that is a deceptive business practice.

Customer service 10/10

Customer service 10/10! So, I had an issue when UPS misdelivered my package to the wrong house. The proof of delivery photo was clearly not my house and the people who answered the door at the house that got my package denied it even when I showed the photo. Whatever, people suck. When I reached out to UPS, they directed me to the shipper and wouldn’t assist so I contacted customer service via email and explained what happened, received a response within 24 hours letting me know they would take care of it. The next thing I know, I received an email with the new order number. That all happened on Friday/Saturday. By Monday I had a new tracking number and today is Wednesday and my package arrived today. Long story short, my experience with customer service was as good as it gets. They were fast, communication was great and they resolved my issue no questions asked faster than I expected. Additionally, I ordered 3 items and received 4 so I guess they threw a freebie in! I’ll have to do a product review later 😂

Lost Faith & Trust in product and service

So. Sigh. I’m a long time customer of FIVE. And though they are new ish , they are already going downhill fast. I’ve lost faith and trust in their product and now customer service. Product- Not consistent in flavor. I’ve had multiple containers of the same product have different flavored gummies in it. NEW BLUE DREAM- My order arrived with one pouch completely opened (never sealed properly). The gummies were thrown all over the inside of the box. Gross. Customer service NEVER RESPONDED. I’m just fed up with the inconsistency and issues. And customer service is a 2/10 at this point.

Five's website shopping experience and…

Five's website shopping experience and checkout gives you information about your order, including how many shipments your order is coming in and what is in with shipment, and showing you information that one of your shipments will arrive in one to two days. On the other hand, the customer service people say to ignore that and swallow the fact that you bought things under false pretenses. For example, if you buy something at 5:00 a.m. on Friday morning, with both / either the one to three day delivery or the one to two day delivery, the customer service people on the phone tell you you shouldn't expect it to go out until Monday at the earliest🤔 And that it takes up to 3 days for processing and then another one to three days to ship. And to disregard the notice that told you one of your packages would arrive in 1 to 2 days.Two agents in a row told me that....I don't like incontinuities between the information a website gives you about your order and how orders are actually handled.Also, the product could use some good transparency about their standardization methods. It's not much information about how they do it.I'll just have to wait and see if the website was correct... or if the customer service agents were correct, come back and fix this review up to reflect what happened, when the product arrives. I'll also edit this to give a review of the product, and to adjust the stars⭐ accordingly as well.

These were horrible

These were horrible! My husband had a bad reaction to them…they say these are natural ingredients but I don’t know about that…we tried these twice ..they knocked him out for an hour or two and he woke up all wired…he couldn’t go back to sleep…he was hallucinating and wired…he’s a truck driver and since he was wired up he had to callIn this morning because he can’t drive on no sleep …the prescription pills he gets from the doctor are the best ones that is the only way togo…we threw these in the trash.
