Don't bother
I purchased a pair of boots on March 8 for $59.99. After experiencing a delay, I received a notice explaining the late shipping. The boots finally arrived today with a rush shipping label, which I assume was sent after I raised a complaint.However, I noticed they are now being sold for $39.99, which is frustrating given my earlier purchase price. I will provide a more detailed review once I’ve had the chance to wear them, as the overall quality may reflect the current lower price.Based on this experience so far, this will likely be my first and last purchase from this company.

The snap on the pants are weak and do…
The snap on the pants are weak and do not stay together. Simply walking is enough force for the pant snap to come apart. I called Customer support and requested to exchange. Needless to say, Support is NOT supportive. I'll never buy another product line from this poorly ran company.

I like the vests, but the women's pants run a little small compared to other brands. They have good customer service. The uniforms do hold up much better than others we have had.

No issues with the product quality
No issues with the product quality, but the processing time after order is a week or longer. They are not a full time business. It's clearly a company a few people come into a warehouse on a weekend and package orders.

Return policy is ridiculous
Return policy is ridiculous. No return labels or shipping instructions. And, when/if you receive credit, they deduct the initial shipping cost that I PAID!Avoid.

Any company that wants me send them a pic of my card and ID is a no go! To quote Jessica Steadman "Would you please send us a photo of the card used for this order (only the name and last 4 digits are necessary) and the matching photo ID?" Not only no, but... you know the rest

Disappointing
A bit of a disappointment with First Tactical. They are constantly out of shirts at the normal sizes. Takes months to get them back in. Their tactical pants fade very fast after just a few washes. And yes, I hang dry them. Their prices shot up also. A bit disappointed. They have some kind of alliance with point blank.

I would give this company a zero if I…
I would give this company a zero if I could. Sizing is terrible- do not order if you are a lady with hips. I ordered my size according to the charts and couldn't get them over my hips. Customer Service offered to exchange or offer a refund, if I pay for shipping. No return labels provided. I was looking forward to using these for work pants, but will look for them elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Shipping is terrible, sizing is off.
The company sent me the wrong size, their fault, not mine. I called to return it and they would not pay for the shipping, which was over $15. I ordered the size I always wear, and the sizing was extremely off. Now I'm stuck, again, having to pay over $15 to send them back. Not to mention, I received zero communication that they received the pants. Shipping takes a very long time. I wrote an email to their customer service on my dissatisfaction, and they did not respond. $70 pair of pants, over $30 in shipping fees. I will NEVER use this company again.

They say the customer experience is just as important as the product itself. Spoke with Jessica Steadman from First Tactical, she is the last person you want to deal with. Did not even listen to my concern and total disregard for customer satisfaction.
