Save your money and time.
Ordered my glasses and the material was cheap. The metal frame was bending into itself, the nose pad extended the distance between the lens and my eyes, making my correct prescription incorrect. You couldnt bend the nose pad as it was fixed in place. Had to show specsavers to see if they could bend the ear piece for me, they were worried about potentially snapping it because of how cheap the metal looked.I ordered some heart shaped glasses with frames that split into two + charm. Wouldn't recommend, save your money and time. They gave me a full refund and told me not to send it back.

Great glasses
Just received my glasses and I’m absolutely over the moon with them, they fit perfectly, and look beautiful!! Customer service was spot on, I only put one prescription in one lens and not the other by mistake and they noticed and got in contact and fixed sorted it out for me which I thought was brilliant, delivery took about 2 weeks which was good and definitely worth the wait!! Thank you

Firmoo is amazing I've purchased 4 pairs in the last 2 months and I'm definitely going to be ordering more. The prices were amazing I I got all 4 pairs for less than $150 and with the priority shipping they never disappoint I will be ordering more very soon

The glasses had a bad quality
The glasses had a bad quality and I was not able to wear them. I requested a refund, sent e-mails and never recieved a feedback. Even the frame was nice the glasses were bad.

I've bought 2 pairs and both times the glasses have been great and way cheaper than if I went through specsavers and used my medical insurance. Not just a little cheaper. Half the price roughly. Get on before the Australian govt tries to stitch that up too.

firmoo did a excellent job on my new eye glasses
Usally I Purchase my new eye glasses during my 2 year annual eye test.. my last 2 pairs cost 500 pounds from specsavers as I have to use varifocals.. I had lost both pairs so I wanted a cheaper pair .. firmoo user interface on there website was excellent jt was easy to choose the frames I required and input my prescription.. I used a app from the playstore to measure pupil distance as it was my first order I got a 50% discount..so cost me only 58 pounds.. the delivery was delayed for 4 or 5 days from there delivery partners fed ex. I put this down to easter weekend holidays... firmoo did send a email saying they were going to contact fed ex to to track down my delivery so this was appreciated.. the glasses I received are perfect lense and frame I very happy with the eye glasses they sent me .. I will certainly buy from them again

Pleasantly surprised!
I was apprehensive at first ordering glasses online at such a low price. When I received them, I was impressed! The rx is spot on and the quality of the frames is amazing! The inside of the frames indicates they are titanium. They are solid, strong and great quality.
