I ordered on3/26/26 and order still has…
I ordered on3/26/26 and order still has not shipped… and I need it for an event on 4/25.. very concerned about having time to have alterations done. There has not been any updates from the company. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again

Wonderful customer service and issue resolution!
I have been in communication with Fehaute Customer Service now for a couple of weeks regarding a situation with a dress that did not fit and needed to be returned and to locate another dress for my son's rehearsal dinner scheduled for May. I cannot say enough about the incredibly responsive and helpful CS folks who I have been helping me. I ordered this new dress today to see if it will work instead of the mis-sized dress I had originally ordered. While we are still working through my situation, I feel confident that we will come to a more than satisfactory solution.

Beautiful quality dresses
Beautiful quality dresses. Worth the price tag! I only wish they would cater to some more casual clothes. Fit is perfect! I’m 5’2”. 110 pounds. Comfortably fitted. Love this company and shipping was a reasonable time frame. Definitely a go to for nice clothes!

Just disappointing
I ordered a beautiful looking dress for my son’s upcoming wedding. The price was alright and the dress looked great so was super excited. 3 weeks later and nothing. No order. No communication. So I emailed. To their credit they got back to me quite quickly. The dress isn’t in stock. It will be in stock in a week and then we be dispatched. This just made me nervous so I have asked for a full refund instead. Looking at reviews in here that looks like the right decision. I wouldn’t order from here ever again and would advise you not to either. Disappointing.

Cheap fabric & poor fit
Cheap fabric & poor fit. Filed a return for refund only for the dress to “be lost”. Im out $150.********We used the shipping label they supplied, followed the instructions and dropped it off at our local usps location. Assuming everything would be taken care of, I don't have a copy of the tracking number. A package lost in the return system. They seem to not to want to process returns because one of the return options is to keep the item for a 50% discount. I was willing to take the 10% restocking fee option return because the dress is not something I would even offer up to someone for free.

Love the material and the dress is beautiful… it was too tight on my hips so I ordered another one on a bigger size… overall just gorgeous
