My package has not had a shipping update in over a week and a half. I reached out to customer support for help and was told nothing could be done until 30 days have passed, and in addition to that I have to be the one to follow up again after 30 days. I am shocked that at a minimum feature would not at least reach out to the shipper and request a status update. I have purchased many items from feature but this experience has encouraged me to shop elsewhere in the future. I have reported the charge to my bank as a last resort.

the customer service is terrible, I mistakenly purchased the wrong size and im having to dispute the charge being that you don't accommodate the customer by allowing returns or refunds..absolutely terrible consumer experience

Terrible customer service they sent the wrong shoes and then charged me for the return postage and kept the tax they collected. On a $102 charge I received a $66 credit, why would I ever trust them again. I am hoping my credit card will dispute the charge and I will get my money back! Terrible company and a total scam!

The app allows you to enter raffles, but doesnt populate any of your account info or payment info. So, you end up typing in the same stuff over and over and over. Then, there is no place to see what raffles you even entered and there is no confirmation email upon entering, either. Ideally, they would use EQL. But at the very least, provide some visability. Other shops also allow easy cancellations of raffle entries, but not Feature. Once you enter, there is no changing or cancelling. I enter a lot of raffles and I always dread a Feature entry. So much so that I am finding myself just not using them as much. Lastly, of all the shops I buy from, Feature charges the most for shipping and offers no free shipping amount. Once again, making them my last choice for sneakers.
