Twice in a row SCAM experience with MOTOFC.de.1) Ordered Helmet as a Christmas gift. Order made 1 month before, and before to make an order contacted support to ensure that product is in stock, and it will be delivered in time.Result: Christmas passed, no order received. Support doesn’t know where order is and why it lost. Later 1,5 months after, when chargeback request made, instantly they found the order and shipped to me. (If you don’t know, chargebacks are very expensive for sellers. Visa and mastercard literally f**** bad online shops to protect card owners. Finally , order came with delay 1,5 months, and was useless, because it should be a gift. I spent a lot of time trying to reach support of Motofc. As apologies they offered 5% discount to the next order (hahaha).2) I decided that it happens with every, and tried to make another order - 2 piece of motorbike lockers. Both of them were in stock. 1 month passed after payment. I did not receive even tracking number, because “they expect delivery from seller”. I definitely will make a chargeback and turn to Verbraucherzentralen. Don’t trust to this shop. They lie on website about items in stock, they lie in customer service, they don’t give money back, they write fake apologies responses with ChatGPT, but in fact they just SCAM customers.

Very poor experience with FC Moto. I received the wrong product instead of what I ordered.After contacting them, I got a reply saying they were very busy and that it could take longer to respond, which I initially understood. They then asked me to send photos of the incorrect product, which I did immediately.After that, I heard nothing. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received any meaningful response or solution. I have sent multiple reminders, but they simply do not reply anymore.I am still stuck with the wrong item, have not received a refund, and still do not have the correct product I originally ordered.Very disappointing service. Mistakes can happen, but this level of communication and handling is unacceptable.

I purchased items from FC MOTO a month ago, they never arrived, and I can’t get a refund. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in years; they’re not interested in resolving the issue and aren’t taking any action to resolve my complaint. Communication is very poor. One star out of five is still too generous a rating. I didn’t expect companies like this to still be in business.

The worst online shop I ever ordered something from. Ordered two pairs of pants, they sent it without adding the number of my adres. So the package got stuck at DHL and they told me to contact FC Moto. I tried everything I could to contact them even called them and they told me it’s not their problem but DHL’s. So here I am, 113 euros poorer and without receiving the items. That’s called stealing. Guess I’ll have to go to the police next.

It has been two weeks since I got the package without one of the items I ordered. Firstly the website support doesn't work, I tried filling the complaint thorugh there, waited for a few days and no one got back to me. Then I e-mailed them to see what's about... All the answers from the support are taking so long and are so unconclusive that looks like the company doesn't want to solve the problem, at all.I hope this complaint helps to get the problem solved.Apart from this, all the items arrived very well acommodated and their price was better than in every other shop that I saw.

a site that I do not recommend, they sell products that say they have them in stock or available in 2.3 days but I placed the order on 16-03, and they still delayed it about 3 times, the 3rd time they told me that the product would arrive at their warehouse on April 9 (but I don't believe them anymore because that's what you told me that it would arrive on the 24th and the 27th,
