Scamming on TopCashBack.
It's a scamming on TopCashBack. After 2 months, it just says "FastestVPN Cashback has been declined by the retailer."I am using TopCashBack all the time, so I am 100% I am doing the correct procedure / placing the correct order.When I tried to contact CS of FastestVPN , the CS (Trevor Holmes) isn't helpful, just tell me "you can use the service". Does he actually realise how ridiculous he sounds?NEVER use on FastestVPN. It is just a SCAM.

A service and a company that can not be trusted.
A service and a company that can not be trusted: Many of us have bought a "Lifetime Subscription". A subscription that for a long time got several protocols removed while FastestVPN tried to extort customers to pay AGAIN to "Upgrade" to get back the removed protocols!!! The protocols returned after a while, but not until after several weeks. The service is also terribly unreliable, at least in periods: In periods the service can be stable, or at least relative stable, and then suddenly, as now, it gets impossible to connect :-( This have a tendency to last at least several hours before getting stable again for a period. For several days now until being completely impossible to connect to now, FastestVPN have been unreliable and the connection have been dropped several times each day :-( FastestVPN is on top of everything FAR to often unable to reconnect after loosing connection even if there are a setting that is supposed to make FastestVPN do JUST that... Again and again and again and... FastestVPN is unable to reconnect after loosing the connection and just displays a message that a connection error occurred...FAR to many internet pages are blocked because the sites detects that a VPN is used. So with FastestVPN you can not access sites like Reddit, at least without being logged in. Several other sites seems to increase the use of going through Captchas A LOT and thereby wasting a lot of time because of using FastestVPN. The national broadcaster in my country detects that I am using FastestVPN and restricts what I am able to see because of it!

Disappointed with a lifetime subscription
Bought a lifetime subscription during the pandemic. Turns out it was called Lifetime but only applicable for 5 years. Service works otherwise - I'd just stay away from lifetime subscriptions. Or at least assume that its only a five year sub. Even if support says its not - they will renege on that at some point.

I recently had an issue connecting on all devices
I recently had an issue with connection. I chatted with Trevor their guy ad BAM, im back up and running. The guy knows his stuff. I would like to give him 10 out of 5 stars for his fast answers and fixing my issue! Great customer and technical service. Awesome company for the last 6 years.

Installed it on my Firestick 4k MAX…
Installed it on my Firestick 4k MAX using their very good instructions using Downloader. Launched the app and at the login page I was not able to access the email field to login. The up arrow on the remote only took me to the password field. I contacted the company via chat. They weren’t able to offer any guidance on use with a Firestick. After trying many attempts I was able to login! It was a convoluted loginbprocess. The settings took some getting used to- initially the default location was Paris- I’m in the USA! I got it connected but started to have problems launching apps. Tubi would not load. I got tired of fooling around with this app, deleted it and went back to using IP Vanish which has always worked just fine. I launched with no problems.

Very fast customer support!
Very fast customer support when not able to logon from various devices. Had problems from my Mac mini, iPad, and Google TV Streamer.In all cases FastestVPN was able to resolve my problems in less than 5 minutes, by just providing my public IP Address.I strongly recommend this company as the service simply works.
