Unacceptable experience
Unacceptable experience. I placed my order on 5 March and as of 29 March I still have neither the parcel nor a refund. After multiple failed delivery attempts by FedEx, I explicitly requested that the item be returned to sender so I could be refunded.Despite this, delivery attempts are still ongoing, which clearly shows my request has not been actioned. At this point, this is no longer just a courier issue but a failure in coordination and accountability.As a customer, I should not have to wait indefinitely for a refund on goods I never received, nor be caught between a retailer and their courier. Extremely disappointing for a company positioned as premium. Farfetch keeps spamming my inbox with “your case is in our radar” NOTHING is on their radar not even their own courier!

Packaging problem
I did get the bag, however the packaging was very disappointing. When buying a bag for 250$ I did expect better packaging.

Nice Jeans
Usually delivery is fast on Farfetch, but this time it took longer than the expected delivery time. I ordered the embellished jeans from Maje and I loved them - the quality is really good. They are high-waisted and a bit big on the hips. They come super long, and Im worried that altering the lenght might be difficult with all the stones.

Luxury good without the luxury…
Luxury goods site without the luxury experience. Issues with their delivery, customer service team cherry picking T&Cs or not well trained for that. No response when queried. Coupang acquired a poorly managed business, will not shop with Farfetch anymore nor recommend them to my network.

Had to sit at home and wait for delivery
The delivery time was decided by logistics and changed twice, which was annoying as I had to be home to receive.The Burbury trench coat was in a plastic bag in a large box. Previous delivery’s were more exclusive, where the coat was in a original textile bag. It was a little bit disappointing.

Refund held by Farfetch
For the first time, I have returned an item and instead of the amount being refunded to my credit card it has been held in my Farfetch Acount. This was not made clear to me at the time of my return. I would never choose to have funds placed in a Farfetch account. I feel cheated by this process and disappointed as I have always trusted the Farfetch brand.
