The on boarding was great...everything else, not so much

The on boarding was great, they mostly got my parameters correct (although they completely screwed up the calendar at first which left me struggling for a couple days not knowing they had built the calendar wrong), the training was very fast and not helpful. You get 7 days with that trainer to ask questions and then you are left with your basic unusable customer service and tutorials that are out of date.

I’ve been trying to get FareHarbor to implement a simple tiered pricing structure for my private tour for the past 20 days, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. What should have been a straightforward setup has dragged on with no clear resolution, and it honestly feels like no one there knows how to properly handle it.Because of this delay, my private tour product has remained closed the entire time, which means I’ve been losing bookings and revenue every single day. To make matters worse, I also asked them to connect the product to OTAs, and instead of getting it live and selling, the result has been the opposite — everything is closed and unavailable. That means even more lost business.As a business owner, having your booking system block your ability to sell is unacceptable. I trusted FareHarbor to support my operations, but instead I’ve experienced slow responses, poor execution, and a complete lack of urgency while my business loses money.This situation has been extremely disappointing and costly. I expected a professional solution, but what I’ve experienced instead is inefficiency and a platform that has actively prevented me from taking bookings.

The company has been promising to…

The company has been promising to advertise and promote our products to justify their high commission rates, but have constantly failed to do so.They also don't have sufficient support to sort out problems, at the moment their website does not display live inventory. I would not trust their promises anymore!Australia/New Zealand seems to be understaffed and can't deliver a half decent client service.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FareHarbor, specifically while dealing with their Sydney office and representative Nicolas Lima Ferreira.After the initial demo, I was assured that our booking platform would be up and running within two weeks. Based on that commitment, I scheduled appointments and planned my operations accordingly. Unfortunately, things did not progress as promised.There were multiple occasions where meetings were scheduled, but there was no attendance and no prior notice. I followed up by email and received no response for days. When I finally did receive a reply asking about availability the following week, I confirmed immediately — yet again, there was no follow-up and no attendance.I contacted the call centre three separate times and was told that my message would be passed on. Despite this, I never received a return call. I also emailed customer service twice over a three-week period and received no response at all.Due to the lack of communication and support, I was unable to operate my business properly during this time. The situation felt completely unprofessional and left me extremely frustrated. I have never experienced such poor service from any company before.In the end, I engaged another booking platform provider, and they completed the entire setup in just one day — something that I had been waiting weeks for with no progress.I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my business.

fareharbor has been totally amazing to work with. I recently had an amazing experience with one of their customer service representatives Daniel M. He helped me through a very complicated and long to sort through issue, something that had been plaguing me for at least the past yearI would highly recommend the service platform for any experience provider, looking for a reliable Booking platform.

Do not use FareHarbor if you want reliability, professionalism, or proper support

Our experience with FareHarbor has been nothing short of frustrating from start to finish. The whole experience was messy, confusing, and poorly supported, with little guidance and almost no proactive communication. Throughout our time with them, it felt like there was zero genuine care for their clients.Support was slow, inconsistent, and often unhelpful. Simple tasks took far too long to resolve, and when we finally decided to leave, the offboarding process was handled just as poorly—delays, errors, and a complete lack of accountability. We were even charged after offboarding because of their own delays. Overall, the entire experience showed a company that doesn’t prioritise its customers at all. Do not use FareHarbor if you want reliability, professionalism, or proper support.
