Great customer service…..My new mirrors are stunning, so pretty, I welcome everyone to buy fancii mirrors, great price and most of all a serious company who cares about his customers needs.

Great Customer Service
The mirrors I ordered were beautiful, but the packaging for one of the mirrors was damaged. Since it was meant to be a gift, I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. The rep was very apologetic and assured me she’d make it right. She said she’d send out a replacement right away and that I could keep the one that had been sent. Great customer service…very proactive, efficient, cooperative and professional. Everything went very smoothly. Great experience and I love the mirrors. Thank you Fancii and Faye!

I ordered my first mirror after seeing…
I ordered my first mirror after seeing this company on Good Morning America and I love it! I then had to get my mom a mirror and I had to get a larger mirror. For some reason, I did not notice that my order was shipped separately. I panicked when I didn't see my larger order. I called the company to see where my mirror was and without me even telling them the problem, they emailed me to make sure I knew the other mirror had a separate tracking. WOW! Especially for a small business! Great product and great customer service! It's worth the money!

I absolutely love this mirror! So pretty and compact. Great on vacation. I had a small issue and my mirror was replaced. Very efficient staff worked on my problem.

Awesome product AMAZING customer service
I absolutely LOVE my mirrors. I have a Taylor LED in Sea Serenity, a Mini Taylor LED in Lovestruck, and the Mila 2 Luxe. The 1x and 10x lighted mirrors are perfect!! The Mila is stunning…everyone needs a little bling in their lives. They have the BEST customer service around!! Super quick to respond, friendly, and truly wonderful to interact with. If you’re thinking about getting one (or more)…take the plunge!!!! You NEED these mirrors in your life. You will NOT be disappointed.

Amazing products even better customer service!
I got the Abigail mirror to use for my longer trips and i poorly packed it, so it cracked. The customer service team went out of their way to help me replace it and save the day!
