Incredible Customer Support - definitely will Order Again
Business terms are terrible. Stick with reputable company like Amazon - or order direct from Nike. UPDATE: Well, once I got past the AI support bot and could speak with a human I found that this organization demonstrates a level of responsibility and follow-up that is rare in today’s world. I have been a fanatics customer for years and based on my recent interaction with the team there will be a customer on into the future. Well done.

The quality on the shirt is poor
The quality on the shirts produced for WWE shop are so poor. Stuck on graphics, thin shirts. The white shirt I purchased is practically see through. For £35 quality it’s extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering again. Hopefully wwe change manufacturing partners soon

I’ve spent over $200 across different groups only to realize I was being played. After getting suspicious, I started recording, and I now have video evidence of blatant shill bidding in five different major auction groups on this app.I am not new to this industry. I have 20 years of experience auctioning cards via eBay, maintaining a 100% rating for 14 years and finishing with a 99% rating. I also helped start and moderate a group that has since surpassed 100,000 members. I know exactly what a clean auction looks like, and this isn't it.The patterns are undeniable. In my own auctions, the same accounts were consistently bidding up prices, and those same individuals have been active, "bidding" for three weeks straight across all five groups I monitored. FYI: I will be using the video receipts from my own purchases as proof to show exactly how my card was being scammed. This is absolutely unacceptable practice.Shill bidding isn't just a "bad experience"—it’s illegal. I need to know this platform is qualified for my money and actually knows how to identify fraud auction groups before I spend another penny. I will show exactly how I figured this out and provide my evidence if I am given a guaranteed role moderating sales for fraud to clean this place up. Otherwise, I have no reason to trust you.I moved here because other apps have issues with moderators bidding on their own items, but Fanatics is proving to be no better. If I don't have a guarantee that my money and my info are safe by Sunday, every single video with names and timestamps is going live on TikTok. Fix your platform or lose your users.
