Sizing is insane. Avoid at all costs.
Sizing is completely different than measurements provided on website, and they want me to pay for shipping to return the item. Ridiculous. I sent them pictures showing that the measurements are off by 2+ inches on their t-shirts. No help from customer service whatsoever.

Quick & responsive lost shipment resolution
My shipment got lost by carrier and the moment I realized, I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue. I wish they had a phone number, but their turn around time in response was so fast, it allowed me to chat via email while at work! Their replies were not only quick, but thorough as well. 10/10 would purchase from them again!

Their clothing measurements do not match their size charts
Their actual shirt sizing does not match their online size chart. The customer service person I dealt with was indifferent to this fact. Their "satisfaction guarantee" on their website is truly meaningless in practice. The exchange process is slow and adds further expense. In the end, it has taken over a month and I am paying almost $50 (including shipping, twice) for a t-shirt of middling quality.

Top Notch Customer Service
I ordered a Hoodie for my wife for Christmas and when it arrived, the image on the front looked defective. I contacted them and provided a picture of the defect. They sent me a new one and it was perfect! They stand behind their product and take care of their customers!
